Prices and Menu both are decent. But everytime I visit they never gave me bill and the only answer I receive is technical issue, so they are unable to generate the bill, but will receive it over my phone by the next day afternoon. They take my phone number and I never receive the bill. I feel like it's some scam from the billing point of view.

Even yesterday I visited the place, so decided to give the review here. I ended up paying 745 just for 5 scoops of ice-cream of different flavours. I couldn't even compare the pricing details from the menu as prices were not clear. Can the management check on this and send me the bill, as I feel I paid extra amount. I need an update on this at...

False promising promotions by Havmor. Visited our regular outlet in C.P.Ramasamy road, chennai today. Being women's day celebration saw the offer on the entrance door which read as 1 scoop free ice cream for women. I went with my mother, wife and daughter at 10pm and enquired about the offer and the cashier said the offer is closed. We bought the ice cream of our choice and left the place but disappointed to see such false promises are promoted. Wonder is it mistake of marketing team or the counter staff who said that offer is closed when the ice cream was...

Carefull.. The photos of the ice cream in the poster menus and in the menu card mention that " the displayed image might differ than the actual"

Guess what ?

They are perfectly right..

They show gold, They serve coal..

When asked, They reply " the image might differ bla bla..." It's the taste that matters bla bla..

Only the RA Puram outlet is below standard.

Comparing with other icecream chains, the displayed photo matches 95% of what they serve..

This RA Puram follows their apply condition rule very well..

The Havmor group should train this...
