Had a very bad and scary experience with aarthi scans, pls think twice before you visit this place for any kind of test... My husband had fever for 2 days and we gave for rt pcr, the technician came home and took the sample. We received the result the same night at about 11.30 which showed negative. We were relieved and my husband who was in isolation till then came out of the room thinking it to be normal viral fever. It was a shock of our life when next day afternoon, corporation people visited us saying that they have been sent details that he is tested positive. We were in a real fix and did not know what to do... Then after carefully scrutinizing the report, we found that the date of sample was written as Aug 23rd last year when he had his rt pcr test taken in aarthi for travel purpose. How irresponsible of them to send that old report without checking properly. Are they playing with people's emotions in such a serious situation.. After the corporation people left, we got another message in his phone with the result 'positive for the sample tested yesterday. When we called them to check, they showed no reaction and no apologies or whatsoever.. Very bad attitude of the staff, we can really escalate this matter to higher level and even sue them for this. Have to wait and see in the next 2 , 3 days if rest of the family will be affected or not. Such an irresponsibleand careless attitude is totally unacceptable. They have be accountable for their action. How can you expect a patient with fever to look at the report in detail when all we want to check is the end of the report where it is written positive or negative... My sincere advice to everyone who reads this is to pls avoid going to aarthi scans at any cost, you cannot rely on any of their...

Been to Aarthi Scans Signature more recently. This is a well spruced up space and nice. The front office people got the registrations done and it was seamless. Parking space available since its on a wider road. The rates were the usual Aarthi Scans rate. Few cons that i observed were - AC temperature is not maintained well. I had to ask the folks to increase cooling. The EGG room bed is very thin and not broader. It was very inconvenient for a middle aged person like me and i am wondering how it would be for elderly people. The bed is not able to accommodate a person in full sleeping position and there is no space to rest one of the hands that is on the outer side. It just hangs out!! Please rectify this. Another problem is there is a splashing roof light exactly on top of the head position while in the bed which makes it impossible to keep the eyes open during test. Its so bright like looking at a sun!! Lastly, please have your female staff available to assist female patients in the Testing rooms. For eg my wife had to get instructions on dressing changes, and preparations from a male technician which is quite embarrassing to clarify doubts. This is very important feedback.

Avoid this scan centre they are fraud and cheating people, i have fixed appointment for my wife at Aarthi scans Alwarpet for Follicular Test, call centre team picked the call and i have fixed appointment with Dr Bargavi, after that I asked is it a totally 4 scans right and the girl said yes and we have taken the scan. Even after the first scan they were not mentioning that there will only 3 scans for Rs 1700, after our 3rd scan they were mentioning that you have to pay additionally Rs 600 for additional scan i try to convey rightly they are not understanding the situation properly. Then i paid i requested the call recording which happened with the team on the said day and i have shared the screen shot of the tele caller who spon with me on that time. No responce i tried file a case they have provided the call recording yet, they are also not proving the video camera proof while first appointment booked. Front office lady didn't say that there will only 3 scans. So it's really worst and to openly said even the results were not accurate when we test with Bharath Scan it differs. Try avoiding going to this Aarthi scans Alwarpet. I have all the bill copy as proof waiting for the recording to file a case...
