Cream Stone TTK — Local services in Zone 9 Teynampet

Bad in communication by ua store manager while picking up an swiggy order... When I came to the store pickup an order . A guy working in ua store saw the order id and tried to gave me an order .. ua store manager borrowed the order and told me he's new show me the order id... And said i showed him the phone he checked the order and giving it to me what's ua problem... He said "r u able to hear what I'm saying".. i too replied with the same.. and he took the order and came out of the store and tried to beat me and took someone's (maybe it's ua customers helmet)helmet and said go bring a person whoever u know and get the helmet back... If he told me "brother sorry don't take me wrong he's new to the store plz show me the order id to me again" means i would have showed him the phone... Is this a kind of training u guys giving to ua staffs before onboarding to the store?. What he would talked to the customer lyk this?.. I'm a seasonal customer of ua store..from now I'm not gonna visiting ua store again ..i too got irritated by his behaviour and used a bad word ..i think his brother is also working in a same store.. both of them...

There was a dead fly .

After eagerly returning to Cream Stone in Alwarpet after a long time, I was met with a horrifying sight that made me regret stepping in.

At first glance, everything seemed normal. But that illusion shattered when I went to the cash counter to pay. Right there — in the ice where they mix all the ingredients — was a dead fly! Not just that — several other flies were buzzing above the ice, landing freely.

And these weren’t just any flies — these were filthy street flies, possibly carrying diseases from garbage dumps or open drains. Think twice before getting your icecream from icecream stone. 🤢

The worst part? When we pointed this out to the staff, they were shockingly indifferent — no apology, no concern. It was as if hygiene meant absolutely nothing to them.

I suggest not to visit the place. It’s unsanitary, the staff is careless, and the risk to your health is simply...

This is the first time I am visiting Cream Stone and it was okayish, below are the details -

As I entered I was told to sit inside and order, I went in and had to use the restroom ( But there is no restroom available:( )

Then I ordered Willy Wonka as it was my favourite film back in the days and also the server suggested me the same.

Wifi was available but the server didn't knew the password, lobby lights were kept dim on purpose I guess to create ambience but it was just not working.

The ice cream was super nice with Waffle aha, it just melted in my mouth, Willy Wonka also had chocolate chips inside which made it more heavenly, i devoured it in like 10 mins.

Must try guys, but the ambience could be better.

PS - Tables and chairs were not...
