We brought veg meals for 2 person today, paid around 150 per person but the items we recieved is rice,sambar, rasam and only 1 side dish that too half spoiled. No curd, moore, Kaarakozhambu, kootu,pickle provided. I am soo disspointed that hotel claims business class but it doesnt meet the standard. I am soo concerned about the half spoiled potato provided. I visited for dinner. They first took my order and after 20 mins they said the food i ordered is not available. Again I ordered alternate items, after 20 mins again they informed the food is not available. They should inform earlier if the food is not available not to make customer wait for 40 mins....
