Have been visiting this place for the last 10 years. My recent experience with the restaurant has been very poor. Food quality is good. However, the service standards are very poor. Some examples to quote (all the below happened during the same visit) - 1. Removing the sauce tray without even checking if we would be needing it when we were having the meal, 2. Moving plates which we were using to have our starters to place the main course, 3. We had requested for a table for 4 (had gone with my kids). We were given a table near the entrance area (note - restaurant was half empty when we went in and seating was available in other places as well). We came to know the AC was not functioning a few mins after we started having food as it was too hot (it was unbearable with closed doors). There was a table fan available which we requested to turn on. However, once a larger group came in, they moved the table fan their way. We had to request a couple of times to get the fan. (Looks like they are interested in servicing only larger gatherings and not regular families who visit), 4. The service itself looked very rushed. Looks like they want customers to have their food as quickly as possible and leave. Verdict - service standards have dropped over the last 10 years. For the money they charge, better service is expected. If you are looking to have a relaxed, peaceful meal with good service, please do NOT consider going here. There are other restaurants in the neighborhood which offer better food...

One of the classic multi cuisine restaurants I've always ordered from or gone to. Cream Centre is a great place for pure vegetarians and has all your favourite cuisines

I’m not a fan of their restaurant look after renovation. The OG look was better than the current one, but everything has to change I guess.

But the food. Among sizzler’s I always go for the Italian Baked Sizzler. Comes with White-Sauce Macaroni and Spaghetti in red sauce, along with creamy potatoes and other vegetables. Have had it countless times

Their Nachos is the go-to starter and it comes with such great Salsa, Peppers and Cheese Sauce which I've had countless times and I'll never get sick of. You don’t get same taste of salsa or cheese in other restaurants. Their style is unique

Pastas are the best part, Their Baked Penne Al Forno and Penne Arabbiata have a unique taste that you don’t get from other restaurants either. The cheese they use in their dishes is extremely delicious

North Indian doesn't disappoint either. Rather Strong but Tasty Paneer Makhani with good quality naan. Also known and famous for their Giant Chole Bhature. Chaat items are supposed to be good too. But their Italian and Mexican food are the best ones on menu.

Their menu has all the dishes you'd expect in a multi cuisine restaurant. They don't have the Lasagna in their Italian Options but otherwise lots of great variety and good food. They are pricey...

Creame center was cream de la cream for veggies. As a customer from 2014 and even before... I have seen this places for almost a decade now...

When it was the new kid on block in 2013, it rocked. They had some amazing food that was really new for us desi. From enchilladas to quasiladas, it was just too cool Over years the brand seems to have saturated...

Same food, nothing new, just a confused entree of dishes... All today makes this place a 2/5

Definitely needs improvement The ventilation isn't there... The sizzlers just makes u feel claustrophobic Poor choice of food items... Hasn't changed in a decade... It sucks now ! The waiters would take effort and serve in past... Now just dump.. And they expect tip too... For no service Simple things like spoon are missed... Even water bottle is just kept on ur table so that the waiter can doze off.. This was a beautiful place.. They had this tree and a kind of a park in center... Unfortunately... It hasn't changed a wee bit... The owner is a lazy guy... He hasn't changed a drop of place.. The old sofas still rule this place.. My kid got really irritated... The waiters keep telling kids to behave themeselves.. Even the family next to me was warned .. Really Un friendly place for kids

best suited for old uncles and aunties.... Just isn't the place it was. ... Way better options available in chennai...
