Poor service. Do not visit this place anytime. Thrice i had been to this place and totally a bad exp. They provide u just heavy masala thick milk when asked for tea. They provide with you no sugar no ice juices when u ask for extra ice and double sugar in a juice.

People who come and take the order are totally lost. they dont even understand what a customer says and they listen to something and bring something else.

Poor standard. Food quality is v v bad. Management has to really take strict action on the workers who take the order as well as the one who prepares it.

Had been to Mitra, RA Puram yesterday to enjoy some sweets to celebrate a personal event. Our simple order of Malai Sandwich and Basundhi arrived after 15 minutes of ordering and that too, after repeatedly asking them, when there were no customers other than we two. To our disappointment, the Basundhi was lacking flavour and the Malai Sandwich was very dry - old stock/ not stored properly and was just breaking to pieces. Have been a regular customer to Mitra for the past 3 years but off later their Service & Quality have drastically come down.

Today being the worst of it all, the master who was making all the snacks outside was consuming Ghukta powder while making it & the most alarmingly thing was, he didn’t care, he had this attitude of do whatever you can when I complained in the billing counter.
