Tosai 99 Delights — Restaurant in Tamil Nadu

Let me share my absolutely wonderful experience here (and the shop in charge Mr.Prakash deserves all the credit for this!!)

We went and ordered 4 different dosas, finished it happily and finally paid the bill amount of Rs.830 told by the person, without even looking at the bill (because our children were so cranky that time😂). Prakash also gave us a wrong bill for six dosas (which actually is for people ordered before us).

Only after reaching home we realise that we paid extra amount, since an average amount of dosa here is about 120 rupees. So a couple of days later I went to the shop and explained Prakash the whole scenario.

She listened to do everything patiently and never did say anything and immediately refunded the excess amount charged to us, That too from his personal money since the bills are closed/settled everyday.

I insisted him to take back the money, since it is his personal money. But he denied and instead thanked me for pointing out his mistake (which can happen to anyone on a busy day) patiently. Obviously i had tears leaving the place, after this encounter with Mr. Prakash.

For customers to become patrons, it's essential to provide a good product and great customer experience. This place bad both!

I had an extremely unpleasant experience at this restaurant and cannot recommend it to anyone.

First, the cleanliness is appalling. Dirty plates and tables were left lying around, creating an uninviting atmosphere. To make matters worse, there were dogs roaming freely all over the place, which is both unhygienic and unprofessional. I even witnessed a dog urinating on the drinking water bottles, which was absolutely shocking and unacceptable.

The cook area is another disaster. It’s uncovered, leaving the food exposed to the elements. Rainwater was dripping around the cooking area during my visit, which made me seriously doubt the hygiene and safety of anything being prepared there. On top of that, flies were everywhere, adding to the already poor conditions.

Overall, this place is a health hazard. They need to take serious measures to improve their cleanliness and hygiene standards. Until then, I strongly advise avoiding...

Hello Everyone! The Shop is located to the adjacent road of the The Grand Mall. The restaurant opens my 6PM. There is indoor seating available. They have 99 Varieties of Dosa. The place is mostly crowded and it takes 5-10 minutes on average to serve you the food. I tried Pizza Dosa , Dubai Delight Dosa and Mexican Dosa. Pizza Dosa : Dosa Made Like Pizza , Cut into 4 pieces and served with Green Chutney in the middle. Price ₹140 Taste 5/5

Mexican Dosa : Hot Hot Dosa made with Cheese , Panner , Nuts and some masala. Tastes similar to pizza dosa and again it's served with Green Chutney. Taste 3/5 Price ₹110

Dubai Delight Dosa: Why need desert when you go this? Made with choco syrup , cashews , cherry fruit and some more chocolates. Taste 5/5 Price ₹130
