If I can give a negative review I surely would. On an ordinary day we ordered pizza at 6.30 pm. No delivery till 7.45 pm. Called the store number several times, and no one would pick up. My kids were hungry. Drove to the store at 8.15 pm. The guy at store was unapologetic. He could have made a courtesy call atleast to inform there is no one available at store to deliver. We gave both our mobile number and email ID at the time of placing order. Gives an excuse he is new at the store and does not have store phone. Dominoes policy states the delivery would be in 30 min or free. Esp in this case if the delivery guy is unavailable we could have been informed. This has nothing to do with the operating conditions where the delivery could not be done within 30 min....He refuses to reimburse the bare minimum liability of Rs. 300. Instead gives a voucher of Rs. 300 to be used at dominoes. We are tourists in India.. The pizza was awful and cold. My kids refused to eat it. Who wants to visit this store anyways after the lack of courtesy by the store guy ...lacked decency to stand by Dominoes policy. The voucher is complete...

The notification said the pizza is delivered in 19 minutes, but it actually arrived after 1 hour—and it was completely cold. I called the restaurant, but they dismissed the notification as a system error. This feels like fraud—focusing on meeting fake target delivery times instead of customer satisfaction. They seem more interested in impressing their bosses with false data than in delivering good service.
This isn’t the first time—it’s happened 4 or 5 times now. I will never order pizza online through your app or website again. It’s consistently been a terrible experience.
The staff don’t speak English properly, don’t understand the address, and don’t even verify anything. How can the system always send early delivery notifications, yet the food arrives late and cold every time? It’s incredibly frustrating.

Today 14th April i visited this outlet and to start with NO AC in this peak summer - cost cutting very evident NO AC - i did ask the staff to switch it on but no use No Seats for families or even if you are group of friends, you need to sit like a canteen and in a way that you cant see each others face - worst experience Sanitizer - That bottle looked like it was bought during 2020 ,i didnt feel like even touching it No Ketchup ??? - no where it was written that ketchup was chargeable and even during the billing no one informed us , upon asking we came to know each sachet is 1rs .- Dominos you charge 350 rs for a pizza and wont give ketchup ?? Shame on you No salt in pizza Cheese was not tasting like how it should be
