Ā Ā Ā Read moreOverall a average experience. There is a DJ who plays the music. Good old tamil songs were being played on the day i went (friday). The staff is very friendly and courteous. The bar has a pool table. The seating is a mix of high chairs and regular chairs. There is also a private area for private get togethers. Smokers room is also available. Air conditioning wasn't as strong as it is in bars.
Among the signature cocktail, i tried coriander martini. It was ok-ok. I went back to my good old monk.
Among the good sides, peri peri french fries were awesome. The fries were quite long which is how i enjoy them. Another side order worth trying is Muttai First. This is something which i have never had anywhere before. One should definitely try this. Chilly egg was good too.
Among the ok-ok sides, peanut masala was bad. Also, i have never had peanut masala with cardamom in it until i had it at mod! The other disappointment was schezwan mushroom. It was bad!
The last order can be placed at 9.30pm and the bar closes at 10pm. They do not give any complimentary sides.
In terms of cost, I had taken the 40% off coupon through dineout and it was worth it after the discount.
Overall a...

When my father raised the issue we were given a table inside a room which completely cut the vibe of the place and we waited till the end of the night to see if the other tables got filled as they claimed, but they did not. It felt like priority was given to bachelor's and couples over families. Food was decent and drinks were served on time but later we raised the kitchen was right next to the bathroom and it felt very always that the waiters had to carry the food from the kitchen across the restroom to deliver it to us. Finally, while leaving the place the stairs were wet, which we didn't know as no sign board or anything was kept over there and I tripped and fell. When my family raised the issue with the management, they seemed to be very rude about it. They were tipped off by our very suggestion and started yelling at us which created a spectacle over there. Pretty bad service from the management side I would say. Never...
