Domino's Pizza | Peelamedu, Coimbatore — Restaurant in Tamil Nadu

We went there to have a pizza along with my kids . And my niece . totally 6 of us gone 4 child and 2 of us. We ordered pizza and waited for almost 45 min but we didn't got our order then we realised and went to the counter and asked they replied us maam 10 min after 15 min they gave our pizza kids were in super hungry mode and we didn't received our garlic bread asked them again they said 15 min . Only online orders was going out mean while we asked for chocolate lava cake they said it's not available. We believed their words and walked away suddenly we got doubt and ordered from app the order is gone to the store and its ready to serve too. I got hurted and literally went and asked them politely they are saying deserts r only for the people whose ordering online. We will give high priority to the app order than the store order I got super irritated and asked them about the garlic bread they told in a cool maner if you want to have the garlic bread please wait for some time or else you can cancel your order and repay your cash? Do they think this is professional. And then I called their customer servise from my registered number the call never connected. So I tried it from my other number and reached them they said ok ma'am we take it to the consideration but nothing happened and again one Tamil speaking guy called me and asked me ma'am can I deliver a pizza for you for our mistake .I said I don't want your pizza I need a solution and mail from your team it's been more than 12 months I didn't receive any reply or mail from your end .

Also don't think everyone is fall for you free pie and we are not your slave too. We are not having anything in free of cost we are paying and having our meal. If you doesn't like the people coming in please put on a bill that dominos avinashi road branch never ever entertain the walk in guest...

Worst dominos experience Even I uninstalled your app and I have taken decision that I shouldn't visit any of the dominos branch...

How best your doesn't matter how your treating your guest matters here .

Once again hurting others and giving free pie doesn't make sense. Everyone won't fall on those trap of free pie

Absolutely bizarre experience. Ordered 3 items around 20.45 through the app. It indicated that it will be delivered within 30mts max. I ordered for the kid's and the order was getting delayed and I tried reaching the outlet and not surprising that it was switched off and no ways to reach them.

Tried few attempts and then after a good 1.5 hours decided to go to the out let. Met the supervisor who had no idea of what was happening and no active telephone in the outlet.

I get a call by then which was about 1.5 hours later from the delivery guy asking for location, which sounds very funny as they ve delivered there before.

We already made food at home and fed the children as they can't starve. Funny thing is their chat platform, which gives no option to talk to them and it keeps giving apologies as if it was responsible.

I personally visited the Store and they didn't have any answers or justification for any wrongdoing. They infact went ahead and offered me saying that, they'll refund and I can take the order free of cost. Where is the morale. What will I do with that order when it's not necessary. Is that the bribe they are giving to keep my mouth shut.

After all these chaios, I got a call from Domino's and they asked if someone took care of complaint. My answer was blunt asking them to first investigate what happened from the scratch and then call me. Stupid people call with out even knowing what kind of frustrations and emotions we go through as a customer.

Overall Please avoid such scum bags and order pizza's from your local area's which are much better than this and don't make the same mistake I ve done yesterday. I regret...

Good evening all Today I have order my food by 6.30pm but till 7.30 I could not get any update from them so I called them and they told that we have come to location and called you but you didn’t pick the call but I didn’t get the call I only frequently call them they didn’t response properly after that they told by 7.30 order is conformed now only u will make it and send it by 8.30pm so I waited till 8.35 and then u have called they told again you didn’t pick up call so I ask them why you didn’t conformed my order they told we called you but you didn’t pick up we I have they tell the same reason order is not conformed and delivery partner came to location I didn’t pick the call

This is not 1st time I and friends have this problem many times from this branch(Coimbatore Pellamedu)we couldn’t na get any proper update they will not give any proper information but they will tell we will not give any proper information in app they behave very worst in talking to the customers

If they have so many order they should not take bulk order so they take many order they couldn’t do it in time and so that they blame the customers you didn’t take phone it is very silly reasons for that you can ask much time and do it to customers favours

So you should talk to customers politely and make the needs of the customers so Branch manger and staff make sure that you need the customers needes so don’t make them tension while speak to you give the correct reason for your mistakes
