The entire order at all stages of my order was the worst experience a customer would expect. Useless App Liar contact center Fraud branch staff Garbage service and food served.

I stay far away from the store location and they do not deliver to my area. There was no option to schedule the pickup and it just accepted the order once I selected the items. I wanted to pick up 2 hours later, the app did not have an option to modify /schedule pickup time. I called the call center, confirmed the order number and details, I requested to change the pickup time and informed that I will not reach before 2 hours and hence if the order cannot be rescheduled, then in that case the order should be cancelled and I will place a new order later. The patethic contact center agent lied to me that she has made the necessary changes and that the order would be freshly prepared at the time of my arrival. An hour after I had placed the order I was on the way to the branch and I received a call from the branch stating that the order has been ready and waiting since half hour ago and that they were calling to remind and check my status. I informed the store staff that I had called the contact center and they assured that the order has been modified. The store staff told me that they will check and call me back. Few minutes later I received a call from same store staff stating that it's a mistake from their side and that they will replace the order with new order. 8 when I collected my order I instantly realised that they had cheated me by handing me the stale order. I went to the cab and on the way started eating, the food was stale, soggy and tasteless.

I ordered burger pizza, chicken parcel (my favourite) and a cheesy dip on swiggy at 1:58 PM hoping it will get delivered in 15-20 mins. But here comes the twist.
It's been more than half an hour and tracking status shows "food is getting prepared and it comes within 2 mins". I thought Since it's Sunday and maybe they are busy with other customers, so I waited for a while.
It's 2:45PM and my stomach pleaded for food. I tried to call them but it says the "number is invalid". I tried to call customer care number and it says "the food is getting prepared and We care for our customers."
Getting touched by their caring and my untolerable hunger, I decided to go to the shop I ordered which is 5kms away. Moment I go there and asked them, they saw my order, start preparing the food and gave it to me. I asked for a carry bag and says it will come for extra 10 Rs. (Small hotels are better it seems). I picked my food, came home and opened the box and then comes another twist. They missed to give cheesy dip.
I used to recommend and invite my friends for eating on dominos during my college days. Now I feel regretted for recommending them. Even I was not in an idea of giving review here but after seeing other reviews having same complaints, I decided to write this story here.
I know my review won't create an impact at all. They will reply like, "we're sorry, we apologize, we always care for our customers, our guest is everything to us, you are a big part of our journey, blah blah blah....". But still it's my grievance so I'm typing this.
I was busy with my works so I ordered online but they made me go and collect the food and deliver it to myself. For this I've paid online fees too. 😂
Funny thing is, i picked my food, ate that thing and burped away but still Swiggy shows your food is being prepared and will come in 2 mins.😂

I went up to the counter to place my order, but the employees were too busy talking among themselves, so I ended up ordering through the app for dine-in. My order was marked as ready for pickup, but when I went to collect it, they were still preparing items. One employee gave me a confusing excuse, saying everything was ready except for the pizza cutting — but I didn’t even order a pizza. I had to wait an additional 10 minutes before I was finally handed my food.
Once I sat down to eat, the noise level was unbearable. There were only two other people eating, and it was unusually quiet at their tables, so the loud arguing and yelling from the staff was extremely distracting. Honestly, it felt like it was only a matter of time before things escalated into physical confrontation among the employees.
