Yesterday we planned for a dinner in Junior kuppanna, Urapakkam branch. The following points disappointed us to the core.
We didn't get a menu card even after requesting for it. We took it ourselves from another table.
The attenders are very busy, that they can't even find a time for taking the order, but has the time for standing near the wall and chatting.
We got distressed by seeing the attitude of the attender, whom we called thrice to take up the order. He, with such an attitude came to us, not welcoming, taking the order, not serving us even with the water.
We have ordered 2 mutton biriyani, 65 biriyani and chicken tandoori. We were informed the inavailabilty of 65 biryani after 5min of the order. Then we changed it to kuska, and to egg fried rice. After 15 minutes of waiting we came to know that even biriyani is not available. The time we entered the hotel was 7.30pm and I wonder that Biriyani, the main dish of the shop have become unavailable. Atleast, if the manager had informed us while taking the order, we would be going to next hotel.
If biriyani and fried rice is not available at the shop at peak time, it is better to close the shutter. Because no customer is coming to Junior Kuppanna for eating dosa and idly.
This was not our first experience. And it is disappointing us very much.
If you continue to have like this kind of customer service, it will be very difficult for Junior Kuppanna to stay in this field for a long run.
I kindly request you to teach atleast the basic customer service for your team members in...

Food was pathetic at an extravagant price. Had 1 egg dosa and 1 mutton chukka for 494rs. The mutton was literally just bones. At 375 rs for a starter, one would atleast expect it to have decent meat. FYI: I wasnt expecting it to be boneless. but every single piece was just bones covered with masala.
When I said that the mutton chukka was only bones and showed that to the server, he just asked if he can bring the bill. No acknowledging, no empathy and least bothered about the feedback.
This goes down as the worst food experience I have ever had. I wish google has an option for negative 5 star rating.
If the franchise owner is seeing this comment, please check the level of service in your restaurant in CCTV. I visited today around 8:30-9pm.
EDIT after the response from the “owner” : Please grow up “owner”. If you have an actual intention of providing solutions and giving good service, you would not copy the same response for every review. You would focus on resolutions. Trust me at this pace you would end up on a loss in a year. Feel bad for you as business man. Just because you have a brand name as a franchise, you would not be successful. Put atleast 10% efforts in customer satisfaction.

In the past 2-3 months we ordered from kuppanna branch in urapakkam thrice(including this one) and there were items missing from our parcel.today, we ordered 2 non veg meals , 1 veg meals and 1 biryani on swiggy. We received 1 veg meals with just side dishes(such as sambar ,rasam etc) with no rice(i guess they thought normal humans would drink sambar,rasam and curd or butter milk when theyre hungry, instead of having it with rice) and just chicken gravies for the other two non veg meals(usually they'll serve u chicken gravy, mutton gravy ,egg thokku and fish gravy), 6 raithas( idk who on earth would just drink raitha like that) and biryani. We waited for like an hour for this order and my parents and my uncle all 3 are diabetes patients. This isn't the first time, we experienced the same thing before too, last time we just got rice, rasam and egg thokku for non veg meals. This time, we got the refund, but money isn't the only thing that matters in this situation. Please hire someone who works properly and supervise it, instead of disappointing people. We had a similar issue once during the take out, our pallipalayam chicken was missing. I'm never going to order from this...
