Thiruvasantham - Pure Veg Restaurant — Restaurant in Tamil Nadu

We again visited on sep 11 around 6pm. We ordered Puri and we were told no Puri for evening tiffin. This hotel is big but lacks the capability to handle customer.

---±-+ We again went on Aug 09. This time for lunch. We ordered a mini meals and a north indian meal.

Mini meals was served in 5 minutes and north indian after 20 min. Waiter could have warned me it takes time.

Both plates were served with same Kesari for deserts. This was not the right move. Thr charges for North India thali was way above and I was expecting different sweets

First chef seriously needs training how to make good rava Kesari.. take him to Sangeetha opposite.

Second give less quantity but tasty food. dal was very raw tasting, gravy average and same with pulav.

I called manager and personally told him to reduce quantity and increase taste..

Every dish was large on quantity and taste was I would rate 5/10 for some item .. rava kesari I would rate 3/10.

Ask the chef's to watch how chef venkatesh bhat makes rava kesari in YouTube..

We left the place not satisfied with lunch ..may be I will come again for a South Indian thalli.

Coffee needs improvement Sambar rice quantity is more. Roti in thali was big Reduce wait time for same table orders. Soup taste was not good because of bread crumbs not made well.

Request to management - reduce quantity and increase taste.

We went today at 4.55pm (June1,2022). we entered and saw one supervisor talking to 2 lady staffs. He didn't bother to inform that there is no food ready..

What kind of hotel you guys are running ?

It's bang on highway and no single item , not even Bhajji or Bonda. Don't know why you invested so much money and didn't bother to appoint a chef who is active to customer needs.

If you can't provide tiffin at 5pm , it's shame..

We went all the way , washed our hands and when we went to sit in a table then came a waiter only to inform chutney is getting ready..

We live in guduvanchery and we were planning to visit this hotel ever since you guys put a board.. but today was just plain I'll preparedness of your hotel.

We left the place hungry and went to Sangeetha and they never failed to disappoint

I don't think I would come back again.. it is too much for your chefs to prepare a Bowl of chutney and offer dosa to your Hungry customer???

Believe me when I went to Sangeetha, their chutney was kept in fridge but when I informed it is cold they heated it and served us hot.. is it too much for your hotel to make something and keep it in fridge instead of telling customers no food ???? .that too at 5 pm..

I am surprised you have a good place , spent atleast 1 crore for setting this up and you guys have a terrible customer experience..
