KFC — Restaurant in Tamil Nadu

Very immature and arrogant manager, bad customer service.

I asked them if they have food because I came an hr after they opened.

They said yes.

I ordered burger+drink+fries+2 wings

As part of my meal.

Burger + drink + 2 wings was ready in a few minutes They said fries were on the way.

I ate for the next 15 mins no fries, no apologies no offer for an exchange item, I had to bother them for an exchange item, 2 EXTRA wings.

When good is served ALL ITEMS should be served together, can tolerate 3 or 4 mins but not 15.

Later I wanted to order that had wings, I said this time please give me the fries instead the wings. Simple exchange.

The manager refused.

What's more he was taking a condescending and disrespectful tone towards me as if I was begging for food i. Front of the other customers.

Nonapology for the previous error and a simple exchange that he performed before that benefited him he didn't want to return me the favour.

I could have bought the fries, it's not about the money, but the manager has such poor cutosmer service and no common sense.

Worst food ever..! Guys don't go there chicken pieces are not well cooked and not clean properly

"I was really looking forward to my KFC meal, but unfortunately, it was a letdown. I ordered the all in one bucket and zinger burger chicken meal with Coca-Cola.

The chicken was dry and overcooked, with a weird rubbery texture. The chicken was bland and lacked any real crunch.

The service was also slow, and the staff seemed disorganized. For a fast-food chain, I expect a quick and efficient experience.

Overall, I was disappointed with my KFC experience and won't be returning anytime soon."
