Since it’s a small shop, they don’t have space for chairs and just 2 or 3 service providers including master. You can’t expect them to give you special attention as the shop is mostly busy. If you are a kind of person who wants to sit and sip the coffee in a relaxed, disturbance/noise free environment, then it’s not a place for you.

Quality of coffee served is very good. Value for money. The snacks offered in the evening - hot bajjis and crispy vadas are too good. The snacks served does not hurt the stomach and the price does not dent one's purse .... Nice place for snacks and quality...
