Subway Virugumbakkam — Restaurant in Tamil Nadu

Subway has become a part of my life for the past 5 years and I have seen a lot of changes in the menu, sauces, bread and tastes and all these changes gave a great impact to me and to the restaurant, which makes me visit them again and again. Whenever I visit despite they are crowded or not, these guys be polite and I have never ever seen any staff in all of the subway branches that I visited act rude to a customer, they give customer all the time they need to create their own sub and enjoy it to the fullest and the most mouthwatering dish are their salads and am in love with those salads. (Personal suggestion to new fellow customers - though all the sauces they have are finger licking good, not all the sauces taste good together, so kindly be cautious in what combination you choose so that you enjoy their flavours...

This Subway in Virugambakkam was with no diners like every other subway in the south of India around dinner. The ambience was good and a maximum of 15 to 20 diners can be seated in the restaurant. As most of the customers are online, it doesn't matter even if the shop was empty. The vegetables and meat were fresh but not all variety of sauces which are supposed to be were not available (marinara and bbq), maybe they were finished. The employees were very hospitable. Due to the metro construction work, it is very easy to miss the location and the main road permits only...

Pathetic. I ordered for 2 subs via online food delivery app and found that none of the specifications were met. There was no cheese, not enough sauce, not enough vegetables,and all I got was a cold bun that looked so sick and old, not worth even ₹10 but had to shell out ₹362. If you can't be true to customers, why run the place!! It's such a shame that you can't get a refund . When you call the place to complain, all you can hear is manager is not available and we cannot understand what you say. How on earth is that even a response? Shame on you Subway for robbing...
