Todays rice was completely ruined due to over cooked, why one should pay them for their mistakes?
mutton chucka was very good I am still surprised the meat was perfect and with out any nonveg smell, it was perfectly cooked.
See I am trying to point out non is perfect
Some times mistakes can do happen but the responsibility one should have to take (owner of the hotel) and treat the customer like a boss! Then only your business will grow.
If you don't treat a custome as a boss! You will lose the business slowly and steadily...
If I am paying 380 rupees for a single person but your answer for my complaint towards to that over cooked rice is not a satisfactory at all.
If I am in your shoes and what I will do is if a over cooked rise is prepared means I will ask my chefs to prepare another perfectly cooked rice in the mean time if anyone want to take little over cooked rice means I will give some egg podimass or omelet like that as a compliment so that customer will get some want satisfactory at least or the customer can have time to wait means will serve the perfectly cooked meal in 20 mins time. The proper response must be there on the spot.
If you do like that then only the customer will feel somewhat good and they will try to come again.
There should be proper response to customers complaint on the spot.
But rather you get the payment Rs.380 and not responding the customer properly when he is complaining about the over cooked rice means,
The customer will put the bad revive and many not come again to your hotel again due to the bad behavior of the owner's response against...
Read moreTwo of my brother's went here today. One of my brother asked for a single parotta, but they refused to give saying it's their minimum to buy 2 parottas. Since my brother didn't want the food to be wasted he insisted for single parotta, yet paying for two parotta. They refused this also saying they can't do that. EGOISTIC and not customer friendly. He said that he can't just take the money for two and give only one, and also refusing to give only one! My brother was simply sitting not willing to eat any! My another brother had single kothu parotta and kalakki. This isn't fair to treat customers like this. What if a small kid wanted only one parotta, will they tell the kid to go out not serving any??? This is highly disappointing. And, we aren't going there for the first time. We regularly buy there. Highly upsetting behaviour. WE ARE HERE TO PAY AND HAVE FOOD! NOT ASKING FOR FREE AND YOU CANNNNNNOT REFUSE TO GIVE US WHAT WE ASK FOR. WHATEVER BE THE QUANTITY. It wouldn't have taken a second for my brother to buy two parottas and waste one. But even though he had an option to do this, he didn't. And, that has what brought me here now. NOT RECOMMENDED. I WONT GO TO THIS PLACE EVER AGAIN. THEY HAVE A LOT OF CUSTOMERS AND THAT IS WHAT HAS TURNED THEM EGOISTIC AND CARELESS ABOUT...

0 - Starred experience !!
My recent visit to this place was truly disheartening. The overall service was abysmal, and the staff displayed nothing but rude, unprofessional behavior—almost as if they were intoxicated or completely indifferent to customers. The atmosphere was unpleasant and uncomfortable, making it hard to enjoy even the food.
What made it worse was that after such terrible service, they had the nerve to ask for tips! This is absolutely unacceptable.
While the restaurant might serve decent non-vegetarian dishes, my experience was overshadowed by the shocking attitude of the waitstaff. Their behavior was not only disrespectful but downright offensive.
My genuine advice to the management and proprietor is to seriously reconsider your hiring standards. One poorly behaved employee can ruin the reputation of an otherwise good place. Invest in training your team to be polite, attentive, and professional, or risk losing...
