Pizza Hut | RK Salai, Chennai — Restaurant in Tamil Nadu

This shop is located on Radhakrishnan salai, a prime location, making accessibility really easy. The ambience, even though is still not too bad, has been deteriorating since I visited it first a few years ago. We had to move tables cos of mosquitoes and house flies related issues on a corner table. The taste and quality of food is among the best, if not the best, among all Pizza Huts I've been to, in the city. The staff (there was only 1 person and i didn't get his name unfortunately) was extremely courteous and polite and made the experience pleasant, compensating for the other downsides. Parking continues to be an issue, with not many slots available and valet parking not being there too. Overall, despite the downsides, I'd still recommend this place, just cos of the quality of service the staff provide, the taste n quality of food and the accessibility.

Update: Went this time for dinner. Everything as in the above holds good still - food's taste n quality, ambience (with mosquitoes), parking issues. The only thing that had changed is that there were 2 people handling the orders, but there was a full house yesterday n it was really hard to manage for em. They still did a decent enough job, but it's for the Management...

I ordered pizza for a pick up in store. The first time I ordered they didn’t have the order ready since they said they needed to call and find out if I really had ordered. This makes no sense to me. They made me wait for 15 minutes after their online portal said the pizza was ready for pick up. The waitress / hostess seemed help less, she did her best to help me. The second time I came in, I specifically gave a time where I could be in the store before the pickup time, so I can confirm that I really did order 🤦🏽‍♂️. When I showed up they were working on their oven tripping their electrical circuit and they said it will take 15 minutes for the oven to work and 15 more minutes for my pizza. I was just blown away that this is supposed to be a franchise with some expectations of good food and service. I mean why hasn’t their franchise license been canceled yet? What the hell, Pizza Hut!! There was a lot of noise from the kitchen, it just didn’t seem like a professional outfit. There were also flies all around. Floor was dirty. Total chaos! People walking around the kitchen without any gloves and open toed flip flops. Pizza hut pizza is great in India, but the locations are poorly managed...

I had worst experience with the staff who didnt even come to take orders... The blonde lady staff had that much worst attitude and she doesnt even know how to approach a customer.. its such a worst behaviour i've ever had in pizza hut.It took a lot of time to take get our food. And when i asked for refill no one responded even after seeing me. I want the manager to look after this and kindly appoint a genuine staff for taking orders because pizza hut have a honoured franchise all over tamilnadu and this type of staff behaviour ruins the name of such a good place . The staff behaviour totally ruined our day and it was a great disappointment . I ordered a unlimited pizza offer and it took a lot of time for refill and the refilled one has not been baked well and had very less toppings and tasted bad. And i had other experiences which i doesnt want to enclose here and want to tell to the manager . So kindly , please make a look after this that the staff refused me to give another pizza at...
