Two words. Worst experience.
The restaurant was infested with flies, with a sewer-type environment in the vicinity of the restaurant, no guess for the types of files hovering inside the restaurant. Staff were seen walking around and a couple of senior staff were seen walking past us giving instructions to a junior staff member for a random task, all seemed to not care one bit at the sight of us fending off the flies Food came late, it had taken approx 25min since my children ordered. Pale-looking half-cooked and cold fries were brought. After pointing its nature to the service staff, the cagey demeaoured staff started to argue, when we were having none of it, went inside and brought a manager type with her. Again the manager argues that this is how fries are with a condescending tone, upon explaining that the half-cooked nature with raw crunch in the core of the thin fries isn't normal, she walks off with no reply, explanation or apology, sends a replacement 10 min later The Mc Cheese chicken burger was supposed to have cheese patti with an oozy centre and a fried pattie outside about 1/2 inch thick and a chicken pattie. What was served to us instead of the cheese pattie, had a 2mm thin, hard, plywood type thingy that tasted like cardboard. Revolting A cola drink with soft serve ice cream on the menu, the Coke float had the tiniest ice cream squeeze clinging on the side of the cola cup; we laughed at the sight. As it was supposed to have a think later of soft serve icecream cover in the entirity of the coke cup Reminded us of a morning toothbrush with a puny toothpaste squeezed on the edge of the brush
Bewildered, and nature of the staff interaction earlier for the fries, we left the place shaking our collective heads with disappointment and anger at the utterly disgusting experience.

One of the crew, Sharmila was not able to handle our order politely and was getting angry on her colleagues unnecessarily . Clearly, it was her fault as she was misleading us with the combos . She lied that the cool drink machine is not working and was charging us extra for the other available drinks ...
Daya pitched in when I stopped her loosing her temper before the customers . Daya managed it well . He was sober and Got our orders delivered quickly . Sharmila probably realised it later and apologized . Burger was okay and this time with good portion of lettuces ( my kids favourite) along with the main toppings. Additionally , now a days you may find an self order tool near the entrance itself , which helps many educated folks to place their order themselves. Good measure during COVID pandemic.
We ordered a special paneer veg burger and happy meal and must say , though the price has increased marginally well over years , the portion has decreased . The toys comes with happy meals are not so good / exciting these days . Go with the current market trend and bring your toys accordingly. Olden days were having cool toys . So being an FDI franchise, you make good money here , but forget to satisfy your customers. Better to review your meal portion , ambience etc Again from scratch.
I urge the management , crew like sharmila may make a big dent on the hard earned goodwill and ratings , hence she needs to rectify her behaviour for one and all .

Read moreI wish i could give 0 stars I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience at this McDonald’s outlet. As a fast food chain, customers expect their orders to be delivered within a reasonable time frame—ideally under 5 minutes. However, our order took a frustrating 24 minutes to arrive, which is unacceptable.
The service was particularly poor, especially from a staff member named Sharmilla, who was not only unhelpful but also seemed indifferent to customer needs. Her lack of urgency and poor attitude significantly delayed our order and added to the overall negative experience.
When the food finally arrived, the issues continued. We were not given straws, and the burger was completely bland—no sauces, improperly prepared, and lacking the usual McDonald’s quality. This wasn’t just a one-off situation either. My husband has faced similar service issues at this branch in the past.
I also observed other customers waiting excessively for their orders. The staff’s pace was incredibly slow—as if they were working in a park, not a fast-paced food outlet. It’s disappointing to see this lack of professionalism and efficiency, particularly from someone like Sharmilla, whose attitude seemed to reflect poorly on the whole team.
I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and works on improving staff training and service standards
Seriously mcdonalds you need to take actions this is high time, we are spending money and this worst quality of food and service...
