0 star for McRennett Anna nagar, went there hoping to find quality based on their presence in almost all the corners of Chennai But was fairly disappointed by the outlet for selling an old cake with strange taste.

4 stars for the complaint resolution of the brand. Sent a mail to them with the cake issue and they were absolutely quick to resolve the issue and send a fresh cake. Hats off to your professionalism. They have offered us refund or the new cake, we chose new cake.

Went to this place recently . Though there are adequate number of sales personnel here, the customer seldom gets any attention.. I have ordered few items and the same was kept ready for billing. Inspite of having waited for 10 minutes at the billing counter, no body bothered to prepare the bill and hand over the items, though there was absolutely no rush. Just Overpriced/overhyped. They lost their old taste and quality. Don’t sell carry bags to customers. If you really want to adhere to government’s order just inform customers that you don’t provide carry bags. Selling carry bags at insane prices to helpless customers is sheer daylight robbery on top of your unreasonable pricing of your products.
