DIRTY PLACE WITH FULL OF RATS AND MOSQUITOES VERY LOW QUALITY OF BUTTER AND ALL STUFF USED IS OF LOW QUALITY,WE DON'T HAVE TO SEARCH FOR RATS THEY KEEP RUNNING WHENN YOU ARE EATING I WILL NEVER EVER GO TO SUCH A CHEAP PLACE THE STAFF IS VERY VERY BAD IN BEHAVIOUR SPECIALLY THE PERSON RECEIVING THE CASH ACTS AS THE OWNER BUT HE IS NOT SPEAKS TO YOU ALWAYS IN A HIGH TONE AND IS NEVER CORDIAL WITH CUSTOMER

DON'T CARE POLICY WE ASKED FOR LESS SPICY FOOD THEY GAVE US VERY SPICY WHEN ASKED FOR EXCHANGE THE PERSON IN THE COUNTER RECEIVING MONEY SPOKE VERY RUDELY AND USED ABUSIVE WORDS WITH US TAKE THE MONEY BACK DON'T COME AGAIN HERE ETC

i have been going with my friends to this place for nearly 4 months as i do not eat outside food i just sit and watch wen i was sitting all of a sudden three (3) rats came running on the table i was sitting and suddenly one fell in the sandwich chutney my god i got scared and came out shouting

for which a man in the counter who collects the cash started to fight with me as of why i made a noise i kept telling him rats were running all over the table even one fell in the chutney

he refused when we went to the chutney a rat was dead and fallen inside

all the customers walked out even without paying the bill

and the person i dont know his name fought very badly with me

i humbly request please dont go to hemanth chats as i don't know how many people may be suffering with disease after eating here

The owner is complete headweight. Makes adamant statements. Least interested in costumers queries. Says vada pida etc even to elders. Speaking filthy and bad language. Young kids will learn dirty behavior from these guys. I went inside to give order 3 guys asking me different different questions and making run around and when explained to owner he is above those clowns. The quality is very low. Unhygienic way of preparation and handling food. No gloves, head caps etc etc. food left open flies and insects moving on open food. Huge uncleared garbage box in entrance with thousands of flies. Dirty smell all around. Avoid going or getting eateries...
