Visited this hotel for lunch & dinner with along with my cousins. The food was really good and they had good varieties. Service was also very good. Faced 2 minor issues: When we ordered hot chocolate, we expected something good. But what we received was boost or bournvita flavoured drink. This is a point of to be improved. When visited for dinner, I tried to make payment by Dineout app. The restaurant's name displayed and a 15% discount was available. I mentioned to the hotel staff that I'm making payment by Dineout and payment was done successfully. But restaurant didn't receive payment and we were made to wait. Finally after waiting for 15 mins, we shared screenshot to them and assured to make payment again in case of any transaction failure. When checked with my Bank they asked to check with Dineout and Dineout confirmed that restaurent received payment. Next day, Got l started getting follow up calls from restaurant to make payment. Upon checking Dineout app, i realised there were 2 restaurant names with same address. I realised i made a mistake and Dineout recommended me to make payment with the correct restaurant and then share the transaction details to reverse the previous wrong transaction. When we visited for lunch, we explained this to restaurant and made the payment and shared details to Dineout. Later i got a call from Dineout saying that the restaurant has decided to settle things personally with me and to discuss with the manager. On discussing with manager, i was informed that the restaurant owner had registered with Dineout, but it's just to be activated but somehow got listed in the list. So they adjusted the 2nd payment done with our lunch bill. Until this confusion for settled, the restaurant incharge maintained his decorum and tested is with respect. Hats off to this!!! Hope the issue is...

Read moreThis restaurant is a rip-off. Never go to this place, going by the outward appearances. Most of the staff (Managers and waiters) are ill-mannered and are very quick to retort. They are never really pleasant, though they have a smile on their faces. They bring your order unduly late. If questioned about why it's taking so long, they make their hatred well pronounced.
As regards food, the paneer tikka we had ordered was Rs.230/- per plate. It had only six cubes, garnished by a large amount of vegetables to make it look a huge quantity dish. They very consciously do it. The naan, supposed to be soft and tender, was very hard to chew and one had to masticate for hours together. We felt very bad by their service. One particular server with a bald head (a short man) was very rude to all our queries. To sum up, this is a miserable place if you go there hoping to be...
