Visited this hotel for lunch & dinner with along with my cousins. The food was really good and they had good varieties. Service was also very good. Faced 2 minor issues: When we ordered hot chocolate, we expected something good. But what we received was boost or bournvita flavoured drink. This is a point of to be improved. When visited for dinner, I tried to make payment by Dineout app. The restaurant's name displayed and a 15% discount was available. I mentioned to the hotel staff that I'm making payment by Dineout and payment was done successfully. But restaurant didn't receive payment and we were made to wait. Finally after waiting for 15 mins, we shared screenshot to them and assured to make payment again in case of any transaction failure. When checked with my Bank they asked to check with Dineout and Dineout confirmed that restaurent received payment. Next day, Got l started getting follow up calls from restaurant to make payment. Upon checking Dineout app, i realised there were 2 restaurant names with same address. I realised i made a mistake and Dineout recommended me to make payment with the correct restaurant and then share the transaction details to reverse the previous wrong transaction. When we visited for lunch, we explained this to restaurant and made the payment and shared details to Dineout. Later i got a call from Dineout saying that the restaurant has decided to settle things personally with me and to discuss with the manager. On discussing with manager, i was informed that the restaurant owner had registered with Dineout, but it's just to be activated but somehow got listed in the list. So they adjusted the 2nd payment done with our lunch bill. Until this confusion for settled, the restaurant incharge maintained his decorum and tested is with respect. Hats off to this!!! Hope the issue is...

I firstly visited A2B, just only because of too much crowd and it was slight drizzling, we skipped A2B and decided to dine in mamalla completely disappointed, I was there by 3:00 pm for me lunch, the order taking person didn't come for ten minutes and we where waiting, they finally the person came and we asked for meals, he said no meals, ok we asked what variety rice you have, he replied no rice items available it's completely over, he replied we have variety of dosa, parotta abd chapati, we ordered dosa and parotta , in between an another family which came after 15 minutes of our arrival they got sambar rice with papad, we felt so annoyed, then we ordered one set dosa one mysore kaju dosa and parotta, we got the set dosa with some taste less kurma, who will serve kurma to dosa? then we got the kaju masala dosa, in that only 3 pieces of kaju broken down on paneer masala which we didn't ask for, and for 20 minutes I was waiting for parotta, the serving person casually came and said no parotta and went, didn't even ask what else do you want, then i asked for chapati and chutney for those worst dosa, till end we didn't get it and I got a salt less kurma for my chapatti. Worst experience ever I had.then I got the bill with parotta which is didn't have, and extra chutney added which didn't even reach our table and be had a fight and changed the bill. I should have travelled starving till chennai, shouldn't have went inside the hotel.my uncle suggested this hotel because he has already experienced before which he like, but not it was not. If it wasn't crowded then ok I would have understood this kind of taste I can expect, but it was full that day. Who ever visit which ever place do wear a mask...

This restaurant is a rip-off. Never go to this place, going by the outward appearances. Most of the staff (Managers and waiters) are ill-mannered and are very quick to retort. They are never really pleasant, though they have a smile on their faces. They bring your order unduly late. If questioned about why it's taking so long, they make their hatred well pronounced.

As regards food, the paneer tikka we had ordered was Rs.230/- per plate. It had only six cubes, garnished by a large amount of vegetables to make it look a huge quantity dish. They very consciously do it. The naan, supposed to be soft and tender, was very hard to chew and one had to masticate for hours together. We felt very bad by their service. One particular server with a bald head (a short man) was very rude to all our queries. To sum up, this is a miserable place if you go there hoping to be...

Firstly the ambience was too good.. well maintained .. I went in night time.. there are so many places to dine in.. u can go inside the restaurant and sit also u can sit out and enjoy the breeze over there .. also there is tv places out to enjoy.. it has a large parking space.. if u can't step out of your car u can ask them to serve in Car.. lovely ambience.. perfect place for dinner date .. staff was friendly.. I ordered mushroom briyani, pulka with panner aloo curry and set vadacurry dosa.. mushroom briyani was THE BEST and others were above the moderate not the best but it was good... U can also access the roof top of the hotel.. perfect place to take family , friends and lovers.. My bill rate was only 399.. worth the price... Do visit motel mamalla and enjoy

Food quality was decent, and the service was fine. However, the prices felt quite high for a vegetarian restaurant. Simple South Indian items like Vadai (₹45 each), and Black Tea (₹45 each) are priced on the steeper side. Even bottled drinking water was ₹28, and melon juice cost ₹120. Our bill for a group of four quickly added up to over ₹1000 for just breakfast. Considering it’s a traditional meal without any luxury dining experience, I expected more value for money. Would recommend if you're not budget-conscious, but otherwise, there are more affordable options around Mahabalipuram.
