Read moreThe first Ayurvedic center I've been to. It has 3 hotels depending on the cost and location. All are beautiful and meet the highest quality marks. While staying at any hotel, you can use a restaurant, swimming pool, yoga of any other. The territory is green, clean, fresh. The food is vegetarian, not very spicy, not familiar to Europeans, but very tasty. Each dish is signed for which of the Dosha is suitable. The boss walks around the hall and communicates with the guests - it's very nice. At each meal there is a doctor, who can also answer and advise on any questions about the dosha nutrition.
Consultation with a doctor takes about 30 minutes. It tells you about your Dosha, which you can eat in the restaurant. You also fill out a questionnaire where you prescribe all diseases in as much detail as possible. Based on this, prescribe procedures (2 hours daily) and treatment with Ayurvedic herbal medicines.
Before yoga classes, meditation takes place. Yoga is 3 times a day (morning, lunch, evening) depending on the level of difficulty. You can attend free 1 class a day.
In the ocean is free beds and umbrellas for guests. Friendly rescuers who help organize the bed and follow you as long as you swim in the ocean. Because the currents are changeable and they say where you can swim every single time.
We came to a group of yoga, so we were given a lot of attention, there was a harvest festival onam and the Hotel gave us all a saree! And a bunch of gifts from the Ayurvedic store, where you can buy many useful things 🙏🏼
Rooms are spacious and authentic. Water in the shower should be on a little earlier so that it has time to heat up.
My personal results: my back began to ache less between the shoulder blades and on the last day I was able to sit for 30 minutes in meditation with a straight back and almost without pain and in one position of the legs. Thanks to my therapist Chitra for the quality of my problem areas. But it is necessary to speak directly and ask where it is necessary to make more pressure, where it hurts. My therapist heard me and helped.
Thank you Somatheeram very much for such a wonderful attitude towards us! The first trip to India was an...
