Pathetic experience with them on operations level.

First time, around 2017 Mid, they charged extra and said it was for GST. But there were no GST number and the bill was hand written one with no gst number of theirs. Not even Invoice number.

Later I purchased for 2500rs for Diwali and asked for Discounts around 4pm, they said no discounts running currently. After reaching home, I saw the message which they had sent morning at 10am as discounts running for above 500rs. When inquired over phone, they said I should have shown the discount. There was no such terms mentioned in the sms and in fact I told them I have received a message while billing. They rejected my request right away.

In many sweets you won't see the rate as it will be charged based on the customer.

Trust me, it's better to keep away from this shop. Discount is not a problem or even whether they file GST or not is none of my business.

I had a very worst experience at this shop. went to purchase Diwali sweets on 9th Novemebr ,swiped my card for 1058. I got confirmation message from Bank that the amount has been debited but the billing person , a malayali guy was shouting at his top of his voice that he didnot receive the money from Bank . It was my card swiped and i didnot get the sweet box he was holding the sweet box. When i went out to call my brother he was again shouting.. Madam Madam ,, where are you going? as if am thief. When he was holing the sweet then why should not I go and call for my brother. Other staff was watching silently without helping me . Second time i swiped my card and paid 1058. it was a very worst experience visiting the shop and the billing guy is the worst. He Dont know how to deal with a lady customer. My credit card statement reflects the same transaction twice and i have lost my money . I just wanted to bring to the notice...
