Vijayarams Coffee — Restaurant in Tamil Nadu

Location near T. Nagar bus depot, opposite to vasanth & co.

I mainly went here to try their biscuit coffee. This is the only main attraction of this place. Biscuit coffee is nothing but, instead of some use and throw container, they serve coffee in a edible cup shaped biscuit . This biscuit doesn't easily loose it's crispness once coffee is poured.

They have ordinary plain biscuit coffee and chocolate biscuit coffee.

I preferred to try chocolate biscuit, this is nothing but chocolate layer applied to plain biscuit. So when hot coffee is poured inside, the chocolate layer begins to melt.

Though this concept looks attractive the drawback is that the quantity of coffee what u get inside is very very less, u don't get the feel or satisfaction of having a coffee, it's just having something new in biscuit cup. So I had to order one more mini coffee for my satisfaction. They could have increased the biscuit cup size so that we can have the satisfaction of having more coffee.

Overall it was decent...

I have went along with my friends for tasting the traditional Coffee which is available since 14 - Nov - 1975.

#Every year on their foundation day(14th November) you can avail a free coffee on specific timings.

*We really enjoyed the great taste and aroma of the filter coffee.

*One of the highlighted thing is coffee powder grinded by themselves also available for retail sale to the public.

Additional snacks and wide variety of combo available for enjoying the different combinations.

We liked the nippet sandwich and coffee combo.

Good snacky junction for Family and Groups.

Must taste it!....

I liked the coffee in the shop but the attitude of the PPL in the shop is really disappointing, there is big fuss about the wafer cup coffe but the cup us too small to have coffee and also they will not give the wafer cup for takeaway, even if it's covid situation if u need to have a wafer cup coffee u need to stand in the side of the road and compromise your safety to have the coffee and one more thing is that I had two cups of coffee takeaway and I got my own flask but the shop PPL said they will not give any empty cups for takeaway, so go prepared that u need to buy the paper cups somewhere else and the buy the coffe...
