Worst & Unworthable food experience

We ordered Special meals and one normal.meals where both seems almost same just an very min diff like ghee , buttermilk , butter milk kolmbu , banana

No vathakulambu was served

Sambar dint even had salt tasted worst

Applam was like brownish

Poriyal served was like an garbage

Portion of rice is perfect for teenager not sufficient for grown adult not worth for price paid .

UnHygiene rest room and washing hands area we would never ever emter again

Service people didnt even bother to serve even after waiting 15-20 mins and also went to them to come serve all were busy with their own jobs done nothing .

Not even proper parking asisst or place govt must take action on such hotels.

Better even if price high Ananada bhavan or akshyam or any nearby restaurants is recommended than coming to this hotel . Dont waste money on this cheap...

I just had my breakfast at Velachery Hotel Ganga. I ordered mini tiffin, Service man got my mini tiffin with milk sweet. I requested service man to change the milk sweet as I don't take milk sweets for health reasons. But Service man told Kesari is done so this is the only sweet I will get. Again I requested to change other sweets like Jangry, Laddu something. But he refused to give. One of the most abhorrent instances of discrimination I have ever encountered at hotel ganga, that refuses entry to individuals living in poverty, even if they possess food coupons. These individuals are denied access solely due to their livelihood as beggars. It is truly disheartening to witness such repugnant discrimination, especially in a supposedly modern country like India.
