hear out my bad experience, how this hotel is a company of looting people. The anapurana hotel was recomended by a auto wala, we went there for dinner at night, me my brither and my father, we went to coimbatore for admission in a gov college. omg we were having a severe language problem. atleast two language should be learnt by all the people, but these idiots toook a oath to not speak anything else except thier language. which is not the primary problems but which starts such things that cases more unpleasent ones. this hitel on entering will look like everywhere 9-15 peoples are running here and there contineously to serve the custommers, but infact they are jsut running here and there to show you, litrally everyone who placed there order was sitting there for half hours still were not getting thier food. also they had such devil idea to extract money from people, they would not serve a curry item with rice , for a plate of rice and curry you would have to spend more than 1000 rs !! its idiocy and non welcomming at its peak, is the hotel mamangement so poor that it cannot provide a curry item without more money? not to make matter worse , also they employ big body gaurds in side the dining hall who make rounds comming and going to check if somebody is not going to gove money and run away without paying. such was the treate ment of this hotel to people who came to eat there. FIRSTLY you would have to wait 1 hour !! fraking 1 hour ! for food ! and if you dare to ask for a curry refil....ohh lord 1 ohh dear lord! they will make you wait another 1 hour just for the refill ! ridiculous service ! i striclty forbid anyone going there with your family, they are incompitent to serve dinner, they were supposed to be lunch box makers, not to serve. they should shut...

A sheer utter non sense place, how this restaurant got such a huge top rating, only God knows. Nothing is great here, no food item tasted well, moreover hefty price tags, dumb waiters. The supplied korma in poori is a big joke, mouth burning masala and tasteless. The idli with dip sambar, in sambar you have most part is you can't eat, much more curry leaves, 1-1/2 inch drumsticks, and it's very thick, it's almost like dal. I've asked "tea with less sugar" waiter listened and repeated too, after 5-6 min he brought watery tea with huge sugar in it, I got irritated and informed, they said we will replace! So such a great, self boasting restaurant can't have a chef who can prepare Tea. This tea is worse than IRCTC tea. They gave coffee as a replacement, but it's too average.

Then in the afternoon again I gave a chance to them, I've ordered Chapati and curd rice. On the box they have printed, 40 years of service, but see the Chapati condition, it's not even cooked. They have supplied, onion pieces sprinkled with red chili powder, generally we use it to spread on masala papad, never seen anywhere across the country offering such a combination, another curry is, I don't even know the name, it's so oily and so much burning.

Finally curd rice, what a cheat, in both quality and quantity fronts. They have used poor quality broken rice or rava, I've never tasted such a worst curd rice in my life! It's like rava pudding which you feed for 7 months baby. 🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼 will never visit these chain of restaurants again!

First time I had a breakfast on 6th Aug'25 (8am) at this hotel. My costume was Normal t-shirt and pant. Most of the customers were in causal dress and few of them were in Formal dress. I don't know what servant thought about me by seeing my outlook, the complete approach was very bad to me from taking the order to untill giving the final bill. I didn't complaint him and didn't want to spoil his job. But management should teach them to treat everyone in equal manner. Should not judge the customer by outlook!

Approaches to me:

Server: Enna venum ( In Coimbatore, it is very rare to hear like this, That ponga vanga respect was missed in complete conversation)

Myself: Mini tiffin ( But they different name here)

Server: Left without reply

After 7 mins they came up with items on plate

Server came after 10 mins and asked me directly "Poori or Masal Dosa" ..

Myself: Masal Dosa (Initially I was confused but I realised they have to give Mini Dosa with this Combo)

Mini Dosa came after 10mins

Server: He asked me Tea or Coffee

Myself: Coffee

Server: Coffe came in 2mins ( Half class)

Later no body gave the bill. I was waiting for another 5mins and I asked them to give the bill. Then they gave the bill.

For everyone they were giving bill with bill folder, but for me they simply put the bill on table and left.

It mad me to think " They might have thought about me as not eligible to...
