WORST Customer Support...1st time Really so disappointed with the support they provided...Bought Executive Mutton Briyani which costs 350 from Peravallur Branch near 70 Feet Road. Full of Bone pieces and Rice was also not dumped and packed. While packing itself i mentioned but didnt hear the customers words. They did their packing work only. After reaching home when i opened Rice was 3/4th of the box only was there...

Buying Executive Briyani because of some extra quantity. But TODAY no use of Buying that.

Contacted the customer service and but didn't understand the Customer issue..Really waste of talking with shop person and Customer Care person..

Small request please understand the Customer issue and provide proper solution...Because this is FOOD Related..

I am a big fan of your biriyani ,HFC,grill, especially the Mayo. I am a regular customer even though your biriyani is already very costly and even though you keep on increasing the price i still buy food from all the branches of your restaurant. But I have been facing serious health issues after eating chicken biryani from (peravallur branch near 70feet road) your restaurant. I got food poisoning serious diarrhea and vomitting . Please look into this issue. We are paying you so much money so that we will get some quality assurance. Please atleast provide us with the quality.
