If am able to give 0 stars i would have given for food and service. I have been a very regular customer to starbucks and i really wamted to share the worst experience i have faced in harrington road recently whicjh is on 17th of september 2024 The staff was really rude and do not have a common sense to see what we have ordered and the food was very terrible.
Firstly, We have ordered from the starbucks app with all the customisation We ordered Tall cappuccino with almond milk and extra espresso shots Cold chocolate cappuccino with almond milk and no ice
As soon as we ordered the in 5 minutes we have received the message that the order is ready so we went to the counter a lady was there which was tooo rude said that we will call your name, sit down in a rude manner. Later we received our both drink order which was totally wrong.
They gave both the cappuccinos hot instead one cold cappuccino. We asker her to change the drink instead of new fresh cappuccino the hot cappuccino was changed to cold cappuccino where the milk has curdled up and full of ice where i was very specific with no ice. I again asked her i wanted without ice. That lady in front of me she opened my cappuccino took all the ice and gave it to me instead of preparing a new one.
Secondly, For the hot cappuccino with almond milk and extra shot. That lady did not added the extra shot in the cappuccino where we went and asked her about it she was very rude and stubborn that the extra shot was not mentioned but in the bill we received the extra shot has been charged.
Very disappointed with the service and food. I do not know the lady name but very carelessly gave me the curdled drink which was totally unacceptable. I would love to take necessary actions...

Her warmth, kindness, and impressive knowledge about coffee, from its origins to roasting, grinding, and brewing methods, left us thoroughly impressed. Being avid coffee lovers ourselves, we couldn't resist when Divya invited us for a coffee tasting session. Not only did we enjoy the session, but we also learned a great deal about coffee and its nuances.

Ordered a double-shot espresso, but hey, who needs accuracy when you can be surprised with a single shot instead? Then came the highlight — trying to pay with the Starbucks card. Apparently, it’s just for show because it didn’t work. I waited for someone senior to step in, but the staff seemed more interested in perfecting the art of looking busy rather than actually helping.
Finally had to pay using another method. So here’s the irony — when your own payment system doesn’t work, why market it like it’s the next big thing?
