Pathetic restaurant, service and poor tasting food, mixed orders .. unclean tables , delays , what not .. if you don't have staff please dont open the restaurant for public and torture people. All food tasted pathetic . South, north, chinese .. poor google should give option for negative star rating .

Poor supervisers who take the orders had to serve as well due to lack of people. They had to run up and down . The one who served us did a good job. But the chef let us down .

Cashew pulav and veg biryani tasted the same . All items in Mini meals was horrible. Naan and paneer masala .. even worse. There was rose milk offered along with biryani combo. It was not chilled and tasted like lassi with essence.

Will never ever never ever visit this place again. Please don't go and waste your money.

I'm enclosing the bill too. We had lunch today . Since then not feeling great . Having stomach pain. Incase we end up with food poisoning..will complain to food authorities.

There is dhal makhani cancelled as per the bill. Fact being they brought plain toor dhal ( no tadka too) claiming as Dhal makhani. 😡 Rightfully the order...

I paid ₹350 for breakfast (Pongal, vadai, and idly), but the quality was very poor.

Pongal (₹75) – No ghee at all, served in a small box with sambar. For a vegetarian hotel, the sambar had no vegetables and even looked black in color. Very bad quality.

Vadai (₹30) – Tasted sour. Even small shops sell better vadas for ₹10. Here, it’s overpriced and not worth it.

We pay money and expect at least some quality, but in Bakya Restaurant you can expect 0% satisfaction. Don’t judge a restaurant just by its looks.

This is not my first experience here; I faced the same issue many times. Finally, I have decided not to visit again. Better to eat from your kitchen, or simply have milk and fruits instead of wasting money here.

Recently I had my baby shower function in the upstairs small hall , we ordered a special meals where vada payasam more Kolambu should be there whereas at the function the food arrived late also all these above dishes were missed to serve even after people asked for it , manager only knows the menu where staffs are not aware of the Same and said this is not available.
