I had a troubling experience at [Eatery Name] that I feel compelled to share for the safety of others.

The atmosphere was uncomfortable, especially for women. The staff often entertained friends who were not only dressed inappropriately but also displayed very poor behavior. They would stare at us as we entered, making comments and laughing, which created a highly unsettling environment. This kind of attention was invasive and made us feel unsafe.

Furthermore, I overheard discussions among the staff and their friends that hinted at illegal activities, including talk of escaping from the police. This added to the overall discomfort and raised serious concerns about the establishment's safety.

Received a real bad service from the outlet. Ordered 2 kiki n oreo cream waffles. Both the waffles were completely burnt and not able to eat. Ordered from swiggy. Made replacement in swiggy only and requested the restaurant not to make it like last time. The reply i got from the outlet manager was what wonders me , he said he was not sure about the quality of the food they were giving to the swiggy customers. It definitely was not the mistake from the swiggy person who delivered. The waffle was made so bad. The manager said he wont be taking any responsibility over the food for the past and for the new order as well. Been a big fan of belgian waffle. Just before your customer gives review, the same review is I'll given, worst staff communication & behaviour. Very good brand name spoiled by staff behaviour. We have ordered honey butter waffle, we are watching that waffle was damaged when she taken from machine, but she never changed waffle, the same damaged waffle served by staff name that SANGAVI, I have ask for that, she rudely said from morning itself machine running so it will damaged. Then I ll ask with another staff than guy changed the damaged waffle. We are the regular customers for the shop, we face the same issues like this already.
