Flagship Nungambakkam Near Sathyam Cinemas — Hotel in Zone 9 Teynampet

Worst experience. Not worthy for the 2400 INR per night. The stay was worse than a lodge. Pointers: floor was broken flush and tap wantwa working in the restroom. Even after repeated reminders no action taken there was no intercom breakfast was cold and worse. Felt like stored from previous days and then microwaved. icing on the cake was before I came back to my room after an appointment in Apollo all my luggage and items were at the reception. I was in a hurry to catch a flight otherwise would have called police. Oyo days they have a complimentary late check-out till 1PM. When I checked-in the receptionist said it's 12:30PM. However, when I arrived from my appointment @12:20PM I found my luggage and ask belongings taken out from the room(@12PM) and at the reception. On enquiring they said there was another person who wanted to check-in.

I was searching for 0 star actually . When we reached to check in he told us to pay double the amount what we have already paid even when hotel show 24/7 check-in option . Not even this I told him that I have confirmed already with oyo regarding check in but he was too arrogant to listen. Even as per policy after 6am charges should be 30% of the booking still he was asking for more than 50%. Unable to tolerate this much nonsense I finally cancelled my booking and asked for refund. Who will handle such kind of arrogant person. OYO you better look into this matter because hotel people are not ready to accept your policy and at last it's customer who has to suffer. I specifically asked for twin beds when I booked but when I arrived, the only available room was with one double bed. They said they might be able to manage it from the next day but could not promise anything concrete.

They also asked for full payment (of 6 nights) in advance or they would not check me in.

The room was very cheap and at this price I probably could not ask for a lot but the room was barely enough to accommodate a double bed!
