Tissues were not available on the table. They don't have offers or combos to enjoy the items every day. No milkshakes or desserts are available. The seating was okay and less chairs available. They said sizzler combo will take time hence we ordered these and waited. They were really busy in shipping ingredients and taking online order. We got our momo burger and drinks at 12.30. We ate and we waited again 20 mins for next dish. We waited 1 hour for 2 dishes. Pathetic customer service. No proper response. The baked momo augratin was 215rs and they served without baking cheese which was main ingredient. Saying, the ingredients are over. Later when ingredients came they served with baking cheese . No proper staff communication. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH SUCH RESTAURANT OUTLETS

AMBIENCE: Space is good enough with tables for few. Neatly maintained. Colorful and quite. FOOD: I just dropped in here for the first time . Tried veggie momos steamed . It was Rs.148/- Look at the picture. The momos was big and stuffed well ..but I literally didn't get the Sauce and mint chutney beyond that. I asked it separately. He said that's it would come. How do you even expect to eat these empty without sauce. Too demanding . Not even sufficient. Quantity is really disappointing. PRICE : Way too much for this 5 pieces that too without any sauce given

Very disappointed..I've had wow momos and infact a regular customer... I happened to visit the anna nagar branch today and totally disappointed... they served a cold frozen momos and a very very horrible burger ...I ordered a peri peri burger and tandoori burger they gave me a bun sliced with a huge junk of cabbage alone and a patty which was burnt ...and trust me nothing else on the filling ... the staff there wasn't able to differentiate between peri peri and tandoori because it was horrible.. I missed clicking a pic...which i should have..I canceled the order very angrily ND tuk my money back and walked out disappointed.. pls treat this as a serious review ...no one is eating for free and such food served is unacceptable...request the respective manager to take proper action... pls watch the cctv footage incase you want to see the condition of that burger today...

I don't have an option of no star if it was there I would prefer that. 1st wost service 2nd no AC 3rd no drinking water 4th person putting bill is not attendive speaking in phone 5th delay in delivery with cold dish which should be hot 6th no sanity didn't give the tissue itself 7th taste of the dish , we ordered corn cheese pan fried momo, in there is no cheese and it was done it earlier I think...it is that much hard 8th the veg Darjeeling momo doesn't have vegetables it only have cabbage 9th and last the personwho is cooking thinks we are came here to sleep and he is cooking at a dead slow. We lost our patience Atlast worst experience Am big fan of wow momo I used to eat in dlf, ramapuram there it was that much nice as it names..."wow"...
