Chellam Residency — Hotel in Zone 8 Anna Nagar

Room with whole lot of dust, Ac with fungus, leaking tap and pipe, strong pungent smelling room, TV not working and about INR 1100 for so called Ac room...this is the hotel for you...if you are a new guest, you probably will end up in room mentioned earlier....if they know you, you might be lucky...I tried my luck thrice. And they lock door at night and nobody will be there at reception. So if you have to catch a train or flight at five, you might end up locked in hotel with no one to open the main door...You will be stuck royally

Look for GM residency located in opposite road...

This is a BUDGET OYO Hotel , if you are planning to come for a night stay only then it's fine else you had a bad experience.Rooms are small and stinky. TV is provided but without remote control and when u ask they aren't gonna provide it easily.

The caretaker didn't provide a towel, no water bottle in the room , no toiletries provided.The biggest problem here is the problem of food for breakfast/lunch/dinner. They have no facility for this as well. Every time you have to order it online as there is nothing...

Worst stay,They don't have any organised staffs, workers are not professional ,they hesitate to work in case we asked anything ,small rooms sometimes water stucks, Please don't order food very worst and I still wonder what I drunk their coffee/tea ,I ordered an coffee they gave me something very bad, only good thing is wifi was very good and they reduced some amount as we stayed for about 5 days!!! In case of emergency it's ok to stay but not...
