WOW China — Restaurant in Tamil Nadu

Two stars only for sizzler and rest one star for every thing, from there service to food, everything. Like everything. My first ever dine in experience at Wow Momos but it was disappointing, unfortunately.

To start with we waited at counter for good 10 mins to wait for someone to come and take order

Then, the lady comes she takes order but then forgets to give us bill. I asked other staff person that she forgot the bill but nothing happened. Ok now I am waiting for my sizzler, delight momos and peri peri momos with Pepsi

After 30mins, fair enough, we got our sizzler but she forgot to give Pepsi i requested for it then these guys were so puzzled that they took next 5 mins just to hand over one glass of Pepsi, which was supposed to be cold but I was not.

Still keeping my hopes high and eagerly waiting for delight momos , the green momos. Ok I am still waiting and like we entered at 7:30 and left the place at 9pm. So most of the time we were waiting.

So after an hour we got momos, first peri peri, not so impressive, then again they asked us to wait. Then they provided the Darjeeling momos after wait of another 10 mins which i returned back because we ordered delight. One of their staff members confirmed and took it back by saying yes it is Darjeeling momos and not delight. I again waiting for next few minutes then they provided me same style momos in name of delight momos by saying now we don't give green momos, it has been changed now, whereas when i instantly checked it on swiggy it showed same green momos under vege delight momos.

So should I believe that they gave false reason. We did not eat those momos took it back and gave it to someone on our way back home

Honestly, I came with so much excitement because we have always loved der delight momos, and have always ordered it online. Our first dine in experience and now I have decided to never ever come to WOW Momos because the experience indeed was Not at all WOW.

Seriously need to improve service, customer management, and provide food what customer...

Worst place ever, they didn't give any proper response for serving bad food . The person name MANI who is the incharge of Sholinganallur Branch - wow momo, he handle their mistakes in harsh way not by polite.. Not going back again . Worst experience ever. They used to wait 50 to 1 hour for normal order like regular popcorn and streamed momos. We ordered this combo & Jamun and paid 579 rupees for this. Then billing counter girl told to wait for 10 to 15 minutes for the order package.

We wait around for 45 minutes. While we going and asked for the paid order , they told that we wrongly delivered to the take away corrier boy. Will prepare within 5 minutes. Then we give 15 minutes for that, afterwards also they didn't pack regular popcorn and we asked them to pack that. And we walked away from that place ,when we opened the pack, the order was wrongly gives to us . Like hot momos and only 4 pieces are there.we ordered for 16 pieces. Then we returned back to the shop and asked them to refund our money. No proper maintenance, no coordinated staffs, I noticed that , momos are streamed without gloves , unhygienic place ,they used to cover alovera the things by coloured boxes and packs . They not even know to handle the client.

After refunded the amount of 579 , MANI- Sholinganallur Branch noteven shown the refunded money. He had a lots of attitude against the customers. Will request you to not select that place to enjoy and...

So, I hit up Wow Chicken on Wednesday for their special offer, and let me spill the tea.

First off, this place is like a food court in miniature - Wow Momos, Wow China, and Wow Chicken all under one roof. Talk about choices!

We went for the Wednesday bucket deal - 349 bucks for chicken, plus 110 for Pepsi and fries. Not bad, right?

Now, the chicken. Crispy? Oh yeah. Flavor? Well... let's just say it's not exactly KFC. It could use a salt upgrade for sure.

Pro tip: Get it to go and add your own spices at home. Trust me, it'll level up your meal.

The Pepsi and fries? Classic combo, can't go wrong there.

Price-wise, it's a steal with the offer. But full price? I'd think twice.

You get eight pieces of chicken, which is decent. But here's the deal - it's okay, not amazing. If you're after crispy chicken on a budget, it'll do the trick. But don't expect a flavor explosion.

Bottom line: It's worth a try, especially with the deal. But Wow Chicken might want to spice up their game to keep folks coming back.
