W XYZ(SM) Bar — Restaurant in Zone 15 Sholinganallur

I was a regular customer here, I use to buy nearby vouchers and redeem it in the Bar, without prior booking , Yesterday night 8:30 pm i bought 5 nearby vouchers and took my friends to Aloft , The Bar waiter denied to serve us without prior booking , if the Bar is full i can understand, But yesterday the Tables were free only , As i am regular customer i use to go without prior booking . It was a great insult for me in front of my friends. and The Waiter was not properly responding to us, He just told us to leave the table and check with nearby. this is very bad i never expected like this kind of attitude towards customer by the waiter, Then we came out and called aloft number to book the table on 9 :30 , someone picked the call and they told that reservation should be done before 7 pm. , How come we can book the table before 7 Pm , when we are buying coupon at 8 :30 pm , & want to use at 9 :30 pm , It was not mentioned in Nearby policy. very very very bad experience , Employees attitudes are very worst towards customer service . I had a very bad experience with the customer service, mainly with the bar tender Pankaj das he is very rude with the customers and try to make his own decisions leaving hotel management and rules aside.
