All Day Kitchen & Cafe — Restaurant in Thane

A restaurant is not only made by the service it provides but also due to the food it serves. But for this restaurant, they lack both. Merely installing eye catching lights and interior design signifying the 7 wonders of the world is not something that will fill customers stomach. They came up with chat (Pani Puri, katori chat) services. And the second day itself two customers were given the same (katori chat) at two different prices Rs. 50 & Rs. 70. At the restaurant, we ordered Capriccio Pizza, in terms of cost it was Rs. 260 inclusive of taxes. We wondered where our money went when we saw our thin crust half burnt base pizza with toppings of cooked vegetables (like those of our typical Indian household) with lots of cooking oil seeping out of it. Another thing we found was that there was hardly any vegetables on it that a standard Italian Capriccio Pizza has. Suggestions: Please advise the service staff to inform only the correct information about food to the customers. When we were not happy with the service, "Owner" said "We are new". I have paid Rs. 260 and I get to hear this? When we complained of the pizza and the base that was half burnt, the "Owner" took the pizza to the kitchen and came back with a more burnt base and onions on the pizza. Capriccio pizza in India might have onions in it. But, it was really unprofessional to put onions on top with chat masala on the pizza. (Please refer the first (the whole pizza) and second (with onions and only two slices) picture) Stop fooling your customers by claiming that bournvita is a form hot chocolate drink. We paid Rs. 110 for water and bournvita? We could have made the same for you by adding Rs. 10 worth water and Rs. 20 worth bournvita plus some sugar. In all the price should be Rs. 50 with taxes. Please use mosquito repellent at the restaurant, since there were a lot of mosquitoes. Thank You for your services. Very poor service..they don't even bother to attend the people. We asked to organise a small birthday party ..the lady owner not even bother to attend n look over it.They charged very high around 40 for such a small cup of sprite which is absolutely not done .Only money minded.. no customer satisfaction .Very bad hospitality.
