I specifically mentioned in instructions to please add littly gravy bcoz last time it was dry. I also called so that it's not missed. 1st thing he says that order bangaya hai aap itna late kaise bolte ho . I patiently said it's already mentioned in the instructions. He argues without even 👂. Too arrogant to understand that my experience was not good before hence still requested . To add some gravy to biryanyi which was provided once. But he says that they never provide gravy. But genuinely that wasn't true. Then I insisted I hope the biryani isnt dry. He opened that biryani and checked and said it was perfect. By the time order reached . It was exactly like before very less masala. You know, what all aside treating customer like they are not that important is bad. Next time I would rather have food from a restaurant that values and treat his customer with respect. The real nature of owner is revealed when he has no shortage of order. My entire experience from talking to him was useless outcome. No help or empathy or saying that I will try to add this...

I visited with family recently for dinner.

I have read reviews which state that the service is below par. I tend to agree. After we occupied our table, nobody came to even offer tap water. In general, you have to persistently follow up with the waiters to place your order. This is inconvenient when you're trying to enjoy the food along with your family.

We ordered a few items. Here are the names and my rating: Veg Manchurian (starter) ✅ Veg Kheema ❌(not so great) Veg Peshawari ✅ Butter Kulcha ❌ (partly burned) Special Pav Bhaji ✅ Aloo Paratha ❌ (very poor) Veg Pulav ✅ Choco Shake ✅ Dark Choco Shake ✅ Royal Falooda ✅

The bill came to Rs 2,500.

Overall food quality was good, but not extraordinary, and the potion size was okay. Rates slightly on the higher side.

Ambience was good. Despite it being a weekday, over half of the tables were occupied.

What I disliked was the fact that the waiters would not clean the tables once the food was consumed. This is simply not done for a fine dining restaurant which charges top dollar.
