HOTEL RADHAKRISHNA Pure Veg — Restaurant in Thane

I placed an order at 9:45 PM and waited until 11:00 PM—but nothing arrived. I tried calling multiple times: initially, there was no response; eventually, when someone finally answered, they bluntly said they would not deliver the food, without providing any explanation or apology.

This is unacceptable. Not only was there no delivery, but also no communication or courtesy. As a paying customer, I expected a basic level of professionalism, at least a proactive call to say delivery wasn’t possible or offer options.

Very disappointed. Will never order...

Affordable restaurant, clean place. It's mostly crowded with customers at times, we have to wait long time to get a table for self. This being the only veg restaurant near that area, people prefer this place. One thing i have disliked about this place is that the quality of the food has degraded over time. Possible the cook must have changed but it has really impacted the quality of food to large extent. Like i said no other decent resturants nearby so be happy with what you have. Hope this feedback reaches the owner and they work on...

Just superb.The best in thane.The people and waiters here are also friendly.The quantity of good is large too.The staff gives fast and great service.
