AMBIENCE - 4\5 Ambience is the same generic poptates with those flashy colours , neon signs , aesthetic seats no complaints the ambience is great in fact the ambience in korum joint is even great as there is an outdoor seating option although it's mostly a smoking zone so consider that if it matters to you

SERVICE - 3\5 The service would be something that takes away points . To start with we made a reservation for 9 guest still they managed to not provide the 9th chair we had to ask for it . Second comes the frequency of the water refill everytime we had to ask for a refill . Thirdly, Comes the good point that is birthday celebration we were there to celebrate a birthday their birthday scene is pretty good so there they get some points .

Food is something they completely lacked in . We ordered Chicken tikka pizza (4.5\5) , Chicken peri peri pizza there was no peri peri taste to it it was simply grounded chicken on pizza (3\5), Morocan Chicken which lacked flavour (2.5\5) , chicken poppers(4\5) , and Poptates fried chicken the irony is they branded it as their special trust me there was nothing special about it it simply lacked any taste and chicken quality was a tad bit bad wont reccomend trying (2\5) To talk about mocktails we ordered a virgin sangria and a frootloop mocktail they were pretty impressive .

OTHER MISCELLANEOUS - This would be too judgy but the glasses were old they had the yellow tint in them , overall it feels like lack of improvement this restaurant would be mind-blowing considering the 2011 - 2015 standards in 2021 poptates lacks innovation and new dishes.
