Have been a regular customer at this restaurant, specifically since the past 6 years. Went in to have Paneer Tikka Biryani as usual and found a small piece of chicken. Wouldn’t have bothered to complain about it if it wasn’t Shravan. The management immediately replaced the biryani with a fresh one. Although when asked to pack the older dish (because I wanted to give it to someone and not let it go down the trash), they responded by not listening to me patiently, walked away in the middle of the conversation. Basically they assumed that I created the scene to get a second free plate of biryani. Not something that I would have expected from the staff of the restaurant that I regularly visit. I visited this restaurant on reference of my sister. I understand the long waiting time due to sunday night. But i got such a poor service and horrible quality of food. ordered Sea food soup as appetizer which was OK. But Prawns Masala was a real mood killer. They must have used chicken gravy for serving prawns. It took 45 min for my main-course to serve. The taste was so pathetic that we just ate pieces of prawns and left spicy gravy as it is. Restaurant administration should prepare themselves with trained and extra staff to post especially on weekends. Staff there looked so confused and always in hurry that didn't dare to order rice. We recently dined at Satkar Hotel and had a fantastic culinary experience! The Chicken Lahori, Garlic Naan, and Masala Papad were absolutely delicious. The flavors were rich and authentic, and the portion sizes were generous. The service was also top-notch. Our server was attentive, friendly, and ensured that we had everything we needed. However, there was one area for improvement: ventilation. We dined on the ground floor, and unfortunately, the air felt stale and stuffy. Hopefully, the ventilation is better on the first floor.
