I wish Google review has an option to have ratings in minus category too. One of the overrated restuarant with cheap food items with extraordinary prices. Since they have established the brand they provide with tasteless food still people prefer to go as they have their brand available in major public places like railway stations, metro stations etc. The curd/ raitha was with foul smell on this particular location. When inquired they clearly state that this is how the curd will be and this is all we can offer. So apparently I realised I've not ate the actual curd these many days. The waiters are more into their smart phones than looking to customers. When inquired they were confident as if they were least bothered to even care. When stated they were like we don't care losing one or two customers like you we have already established the name and we have the affluent class customers. I think people should start boycotting this brand and look for options or restaurants who are really growing. They offer food for cheaper price and respective waters and managers who really value the customers.
Lessons learnt today.
If I see the rotten curd in a restaurant I should be eating it without complaining curd is rotten instead assume that rotten curd is what we are suppose to eat.
Big brands do not care for the service of customers. They know there are set of people always come what ever the way they treat. So taking up a thought to cut down big brands with cheap attitude and rotten food.
They are confident that their owners will bribe the respective officials and keep the brand name up.
#boycota2b My actual rating for this restaurant is -5* minus five stars. I hope Google come up with such...
Read moreI had to wait quite some time for my order of ready-made kichadi, even though the place was almost deserted around 7:15 in the morning.
The bearer served me while constantly looking at his mobile phone. When I asked for chutney, he literally splashed it onto my plate. He remained glued to his phone even later.
When I requested the bill, it wasn’t given to me at first. Instead, he simply told the cashier to collect ₹84. I had to insist on receiving a proper bill, and only then was one handed over.
This level of apathy and unprofessionalism is unacceptable. Does your work policy really allow staff to ignore customers while scrolling on their mobiles?
The kichadi was spicy, overpriced, and not worth the money.
Zero stars...

I had just finished my meal, paid the bill, and was sitting for barely 5 minutes in an almost empty restaurant — when the server came and said, “Manager saw you on camera and asked you to leave.”
Seriously? I wasn’t blocking a table during rush hour or causing any trouble. Just finishing my coffee. It’s shocking that a place known for “hospitality” treats paying customers like this.
If the management is so focused on camera monitoring rather than customer comfort, it completely defeats the idea of dining in peace. Really disappointed with the attitude here — never expected...
