24Aug2023- I escalated this issue on Twitter on 22nd and there were few follow-ups and yesterday night at 10:30PM store called me and refunded the amount. Below are my takeaways in the 10 days refund process. 1.Dominos does not have the correct store contact number. 2.The customer care number that starts with 1800 is waste. I spoke to them 4 times, but no action. 2.Virtual assistance is worse than customer care.
22Aug2023 - Not recieved the refund yet and no one reached out me from Dominos for this issue. Getting ou the default replies via email.
19Aug2023 reply to the Dominos customer care : Already I sent email to the id to guestcaredominos@jublfood.com and they replied saying they will contact us but asusal no one contacted me.
19Aug2023- Store told they won't be able to refund the money. Only way is I need place the order again. Everytime if I reavhed Dominos customer care they are telling we will escalate this issue but no calls or response from them.
I placed an order on 14-Aug-2023 at 7PM and until 9 PM the status was showing as being baked. Contacted customer care via virtual assistant and tried to reach the store but no one picked up our call(we tried multiple times). Then, customer care told they tried to reach the store, but they aren't able to reach. I asked to cancel the order, but they told store will contact you for the cancelation of the order.
No call or no message about the cancellation until next day morning 10Am. Tried to reach the store, and the a guy picked and gave me the actual store number as he is not working in the store, but his number is still mentioned as the store number. Called the store, and they happily told we don't know whether your order is cancelled as there is no power and will check once power is restored. If the order is already cancelled, then I will get a refund in 7 day's else they will deliver the same order today, and there is no other option. I clearly told yhe store that I cancelled my order yesterday, and I want the refund.

Read moreI avoid a lot to write negative feedback. For several years I try my best to understand the situation and not blame anyone. But this time I have to do this.
I liked Domino's but after several bad instances I think 4 or 5 in the same store, I decided to change the rating.
First of all, store is understaffed and not responsible. One or two mistakes, we can ignore. But repeatedly if one experience the same. That's not good.
After 2 hours of placing order and waiting, went directly to the store to pick up a dried up pizza. There were 3 more frustrated customers like me already talking to the staffs and all the staffs had was sorry we are understaffed.
Earlier when i reached the call center, the staffs are poorly equipped to handle several situations. The app has bugs and cannot give right contact of the store, the number for store is incorrect. The Agents cannot reach store. The chat option in app is also not easy to use. Little over a minute wait the agents will close the chat conversation.
Worst thing is Raised a complaint and reached out using the escalation email ID provided. Gave the complete background in the email itself. They replied back asking to fill an online portal with the same details. Best part is that portal is also having bugs and unable to submit. Replied to the same email now it is more that 3 days and still no response.
Well they have millions of customers why would they care about one.

Read moreHorrible and Pathetic store in OMR Siruseri. Staffs are not responsive and will stare at you if you say the AC is not working or the tables are not clean. And, thank you for serving us the half cooked pizza. Yes, we really got the half done pizza and they are replacing all the orders. They said the oven temperature has to be rechecked. Wrote this review while waiting for the replacement order.
One more thing, they told us give the used box back to them because they will only give the replacement in same used box which they served the half cooked pizzas. And, the first ordered wings was completely forgotten. I had to ask them make it after they provided replacement.
One looks like a person who manages this place, but he doesn't wear Domino's uniform. He sounded like local with regional language and also do delivery and bossy the staffs here. I think a cattle guy from local with no respect towards staffs and not worried about customers, food quality and customer service.
