Bake & Flame La Brasserie — Restaurant in Uttar Pradesh

I tried the buffet at a new restaurant in town Bake & Flame La Brasserie. Not only the food was good but at the same time the price of the buffet was also economical we ordered a lot of things and the staff served us politely and diligently. The atmosphere of the place is also good as they have made a clear segregation between the eatery and the hukkah lounge. I really appreciate that as this makes the place conducive for both family and friends. Alfredo Penne - 4.0 Arrabita Penne - 4.5 Tempura Baby Corn - 5.0 Red Thai Curry - 4.0 (The only reason why I have deducted 1.0 is because the variety in the curry was very less, otherwise the taste was good) Veg Grilled Sandwich - 5.0 Ratatouille - 3.0 (Only this was a tiny bit disappointing as firstly it was not like a traditional ratatouille and also, I have had better) Herbs Baby Potato - 4.0 Brownie - 5.0 (I would have given more if my scale was bigger, it was just melt in your mouth awesome!) Manager was talking in irritated manner. He was not at all hostile in nature.

The food quality of ok but food quantity was terrible.

Manager said Dine out ask every restaurant to reduce their quantity and charge them for Full Price.

We ordered Chicken Rara ( Main Course) - which had 4 small piece and gravy without taste. On discussion with manager he said Dine out people told them to reduce the quantity. Talking about quating as compared to price nobody will give 4 small pieces of chicken @600rs price.

They also don't know the rules of dineout and get irritated if someone argue on those terms. They had a huge argument with the dine out representative.

Would not suggest to visit this place, I had a terrible experience with my family.

As the manager added the conversation with the Dineout representative in the reply , as he also had an argument over their offer and said they wont do business further and something extra.

As mentioned in the reply that Dineout will remove our comments and that's why we are doing on google, They wont as the dine out understood our concern and the manager was talking rudely as of the customer cannot raise our concern. Have you heard about the unlimited breakfast meal for Rs.150 at Bake & Flame... Sounds exciting??? Yes it was really exciting at first but the only I felt after having their meal was 'Disappointed' As per menu their unlimited breakfast has so many breakfast dishes and we tried most of it..
