⭐ 1 Star – Very Disappointed with the Staff Behaviour

I had a very disappointing experience at Belgium Waffle recently. We placed our order at 11:40 PM and were sitting inside waiting, but as soon as the clock hit 12:00 AM, the staff switched off the lights and rudely told us to wait outside, saying the shop was closed — despite the fact that our order was already placed well before closing time.

I was there with my 1-year-old niece, and we were forced to wait outside in the heat, which was completely unacceptable. To make it worse, at 12:05 AM, two new customers arrived and were allowed to sit inside without any issue. Clearly, we were treated this way just because I had mentioned that the staff behaviour was not good and that I won’t be coming again — which they apparently didn’t like.

If this is how regular customers are treated, especially those with small children, then it’s a shame. Will definitely not recommend this outlet to anyone. Highly unprofessional and...

The first thing I would bring to you all is about the worker there who makes and bakes the waffles, pancakes, etc is very very rude. They didn't allow me to shoot the video there and after that when I was clicking pictures so he didn't even allow me to do that also. Won't recommend to visit such a place where customers are not even respected.

I ordered Kiki oreo cream waffle with Red velvet mini pancakes.

Didn't like either. Kiki oreo cream had the worst taste i won't even try them again also the same for red velvet mini pancakes. They had used the cheese cream in large quantity which made the taste horrible and worst.

We were surprised by the discomfort of the dine in experience. A very warm, small room and employees entering and leaving in an unprofessional manner.

We bought a butterscotch and Nutella waffwich. It was quite surprising to find that we only got half a waffle each, which were nothing like actual Belgian style waffles. They were both filled with Nutella, and the butterscotch one had bits that couldn't even be tasted. The desserts were so disappointing. For a dessert outlet to sell such lackluster desserts is offensive to the Belgian waffle food and insulting to the idea of a dessert outlet.
