Barbeque India Gomtinagar — Restaurant in Uttar Pradesh

Restaurants like Barbeque India by Chef Zulfi (and such popular Cooking competition participants ) to attract customer and then disappoint them with pathetic service and food qualify.

Service and Ambience: I visited Barbeque India @Crown Mall with the entire family for a lunch. The place is just not ready to cater to customers. It was peek time 1PM on weekend, and the buffet was not ready. The entire staff was there to make false promises with no concern for a genuine agenda to provide the "Chef Zulfi " restaurant experience. They have no control on the air conditioning, in a hot and humid weather of lucknow, the restaurant was either too cold OR too humid. They didnt know how to set it to the right temprature.

Food Quality: After a long wait they started serving starters barbeque on table..mostly over roasted OR semi cooked, which tasted pathetic. The main course had both veg and non-veg. Mutton preparation was very chew-ey , as if the chef didnt have time to prepare OR wanted to take the day off and did a lousy job. Spoiled the food quality for everyone visiting that day. The veg food quality was just average. Deserts were okay. The staf was kind enough to ask what can be improved in the food (after serving a bad taste) ...well you taste your food and serve decent quality. Whats the ppoint of asking for improvement after making me wait for 30min and then serving pathetic taste and quality. My advise: Dont visit this OR any such Big banner restaurants, in Lucknow (OR anywhere else). They will take your hard earned money and still ruin your...

Worst service and they don’t even keep fresh food looks like cooked days before and tastes pathetic. Bread of pastry was so hard, looks like weeks before made. AC wasn’t working properly and they had a sink to wash hands near the cooking area which wasn’t properly hygienic to use. Quality is so bad and the service staff is also not having knowledge of anything even don’t bother for customers. What they have in their menu list is not all served.
