Kool Break — Restaurant in Uttar Pradesh

Lucknow as a city has grown a lot in past few years and rise in number of cafes & restaurants are the proof that this AWADH ki nawabi city is all set to compete the world f youth❣️

Here's my first review of #Lucknow

If you are looking out for a fine dining place where you want to experience a good service! Then do check out " Kool Break". The name might not go with the fine dine feel but who cares about the name!! Do you!

Let's check out my review:

1. Ambeince: very peaceful, Serene and quiet. As you enter this place you will feel good. Nice lights and decor. I'll give 4/5

2. Food: we ordered PEKING SOUP,MANCHOW SOUP, VEG NOODLES & CHILLI GARLIC SAUCE. Taste of the food is nice and serving is good. At any point of time you will not feel that the food is bad or less. It's sufficient for 2people. I will give 3.5/5

3. Staff: very cordial staff. Well dressed and prompt. The thing which I did not like about them was that the waiter brought the bill, I paid by card and after that he was standing beside me. The entire time when I was wrapping up he stood there on my head. Which gave me an indication that he wanted a tip! I would like to bring this to the management that "we pay service tax" Tip is customer's choice and waiters can't impose that not even by indirect indications. Take care of this I will give 2.5/5

4. Location: This point is the most important point. To reach this place you need Google map and it's right there on the main road but how will you step in? It is not on the ground floor but on the first floor and you will have to climb 5 -6 stairs to reach this fine dining place. Let's say if any physically disabled person wants to try this place! He will not be able to... Coz there's no lift... No ramp.. nothing for the people who can't walk. My mom had a foot injury still she had to climb the stairs and it's paining now! 1/5

To the management: please take care of your society. You can't grow with helping your society.

Overall: Overall its a nice place for a fine dining and food is also worth the price. If you want to go out without burdening your pockets then try this...

Had dinner today (19.5.18)with family members.mutton cutlet was sweet in taste perhaps due to excess of onions in it.not at all spicy.chicken lollypops were not as good as in Chungfa{mahanagar}.No comparison.veg amercan chopsey ,fried rice were ok.ambience, service nice. Noticed a peculiar incident-two gentleman seated on the sofa opp.us were having a arguement with the waiter.he was asking then to leave as there were other customers waiting but infact none were waiting.at least 1 or tables were all the time vacant.these 2 gentleman in their discussion with me apprised that were putting up in the hotel above{teekarees inn} for the past few days and used to spend their evening for tea/coffee/snacks followed by dinner.all the time they were ordering something or the other and having discussions over it and we're quite offended by the behaviour of the waiter.during the heated arguments neither the steward or floor manager or the overall manager intervened.it was the waiter serving us who pacified the situation.ultimately the waiter who had kicked up the row had to leave.appeared to be a bad treatment on the guests.anyway ,but not expected of in a lucknow restaurant famous for...

I ordered from here expecting an awesome Chinese preperation. The delivery was in 65 mins and extra rs 40 for delivery but I still wanted the best Chinese, but I was thoroughly disappointed ... I ordered Chicken American Chopsuey , chilly garlic noodles and honey chicken ... to my disappointment the crispy noodles in American chopsuey were stale and smelly ... there was no taste in chilly garlic chicken noodles... no chilly and no garlic and those were absolutely bland.. no salt as well . The chilly honey chicken was all chilly only ... and this when I had mentioned instructions in the order that I want “very very less chilly”. I am sure their name has overtaken the quality of food ... HIGHLLY NOT RECOMMENDED TO ANYONE FOR CHINESE .

Really disappointed , and being a foody and a good critic and having a YouTube channel on food review , I can vouch that this place is pathetic...
