I was here on Holi evening with family. Menu was in my hand and I already gave order of 2 rolls and was just thinking of third roll order and the person just said plz give the menu back and decide later as we are short of menu and have to hand over the menu to another car. How can somebody say like that. Even I was a customer and just saying give the menu back came as a shocker to me as this is a hospitality business but these guys just don’t know the meaning of hospitality. Was craving for a great roll and rollarappa was awarded on swiggy for it's best rolls, little do I know about the great food they were serving until I tried it, I placed an order for chicken roll, the delivery was between 15-20 mins, the roll was still warm nicely packed, the package was great, the parantha layer was crunchy outside, the chicken was juicy inside not extra unnecessary sauces or cheap mayo or ketchup was added in it.
