I had a terrible experience at this café, and I feel compelled to warn others. While the food was decent, nothing can make up for the way I was cheated out of ₹1355. I made a GPay payment which was successfully debited from my bank account, but due to some technical issue, it didn’t reflect immediately in their system. The staff, including the manager, assured me that if the amount wasn’t reversed to my account, they would resolve the issue or refund me.

Trusting their word, I paid again in cash. However, when the money never returned to my account, I contacted them with all the necessary proof. Instead of showing any professionalism or concern, the response I received was shocking – they used filthy, abusive language and flat-out refused to help me. Their tone was dismissive, aggressive, and completely devoid of basic decency. They told me to do “whatever I want” and that they “give a damn” about my complaint.

The owner, Mr. Rai, is especially untrustworthy and clearly lacks integrity. I had to leave Rishikesh with a bitter taste, not from the food – but from this outright theft. This is not just bad service; it’s immoral and fraudulent behavior.
