Rishikesh Freedom Cafe — Restaurant in Uttarakhand

I am writing to formally complain about a highly unpleasant experience I had at your establishment, Freedom Cafe, in Rishikesh. On 15th july , I visited your cafe and encountered a staff member named Prakash. His behavior was utterly unprofessional and disrespectful. When I inquired about seating, he abruptly informed me that there was no space and rudely told me to go elsewhere. His tone was dismissive and arrogant, which created a very unwelcoming atmosphere. Such behavior is completely unacceptable and reflects poorly on your cafe's reputation. I urge you to address this matter seriously with Prakash and provide appropriate training to your staff to ensure all customers are treated with the courtesy and respect they deserve. Furthermore, based on this experience, I would strongly advise other potential customers to avoid Freedom Cafe due to the arrogant staff and poor customer service. BUT THE FOOD WAS 3RD CLASS, NO TASTE, TERRIBLE.

HUMMUS N PITA - IT TASTED BAD N MOREVER INSTEAD OF PITA BREAD THEY SERVED CHAPATTI (ROTI WITH HUMMUS)

WE ORDERED PIZZA - NO TASTE AT ALL WHITE SAUCE PASTA - BAD TASTE.

TACO - JUS FILLED WITH ROTTEN VEGGIES (THEY SERVED RAJMA CHAWAL) INSTEAD OF SAUCES

NACHOS - IT WAS NOT ACTUAL NACHOS IT WAS JUS HOME MADE SLIM OILY SNACK LIKE (MATHRI)

ALSO WE ORDERED DRINKS OREO SHAKE - PATHETIC VIRGIN MOJITO - IT WAS JUS NIMBU PANI WITH ADDED FLAVOUR ORANGE JUICE - EVEN JUICE WAS NOT FRESH IT WAS ADDED FLAVOUR

Very unprofessionally run space which can spoil your mood in multiple ways, so stay away from it. Food was good. Staff is clueless, super slow and almost rude. They don't offer RO water which means you are pushed to create more plastic waste even if you want to avoid it. It took 4 reminders and 30 mins for us to place our order. and then when food arrived, what was told in terms of quantity was not right. When asked, they had no answer including manager. This space is created well and at a nice location. I wish they had put focus on running it professionally.
